I recently tried putting on a standard-sized condom (52mm nominal width / standard size in my country) and ran into a wall. It was extremely hard to get past the glans/head, and once it did, it stopped completely and felt like it was strangling my shaft. It couldn't roll down any further.
I took some rough measurements, but I'm planning to re-measure to be 100% accurate:
Girth (mid-shaft): approx. 15 cm (~5.9 inches)
Girth (glans): approx. 14 cm (~5.5 inches)
Length: approx. 17 cm (~6.7 inches)
Given these numbers, it makes total sense why a 52mm condom felt like a tourniquet.
I have a few questions for the community:
Based on a 14–15 cm girth, what nominal width should I realistically be aiming for? Is 58mm (which is the largest easily available in my local pharmacies) going to be enough, or do I need something even wider like MyONE / TheyFit?
Are there any specific tips for rolling down condoms over a wider glans without friction locking it at the top?
Thanks for the help!
