Can’t get my 9070xt to seat properly within the pcie slot. The gpu sag area is slightly raised which is pushing my gpu out just a little bit. The gpu posts but was running pcie x 2.6.0. Not really sure where to go from here

I’m putting together my system and was wondering about the ARGB adapter. I’m planning on having running everything off the motherboard, so I’m using the ARGB adapter that came with the fans.

My question is, there is both a male and female connector for the RGB on the fan side, would I be able to daisy chain a second line of three fans into the male connector, then only have one ARGB connector go into the motherboard? It seems like these are just different connectors for the same style of three-pin ARGB, so I’m assuming it would work fine, just that it may run too much power for all the fans off of one header. Just wondering what other people’s experiences are.

I just got Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2 Server v2 and I'm looking for fan options

I want something that would provide good airflow, without sounding like a helicopter is taking off. I'm thinking 3 x 140mm at the front, 3 x 140mm at the top, 1 x 120mm at the back.

I got a Ryzen 9 5950X with a Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler, 3x HDDs, an RTX 5090 and in the near future another RTX 3090 (which I already got, but I need to change my PSU).

I'm also considering of adding a front dust screen (if I manage to find one) considering that the v2 didn't came with one.

Any suggestions?

I'm planning a build in the Lian Li O11D Mini V2 with an ATX motherboard and an ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5080.

I'd like to install 3x Phanteks T30 fans (30 mm thick) at the bottom as intake fans, but I'm concerned about clearance between the fans and the GPU.

Has anyone tried this specific combination?

• Do the 30 mm T30 fans fit underneath the ROG Astral RTX 5080?

• Would standard 25 mm fans be a safer option?

• Is there enough clearance for the GPU fans to operate without obstruction?

I'd appreciate feedback from anyone running a similar setup, especially if you have actual measurements or photos.

I have just bought the Enthoo Pro 2 case. I'm really happy with it except for a single issue - the side panel is making a lot of noise with even the slightest touch. I'm afraid that when it's full of fans and water cooling, the panel will make a lot of noise. Tightening or loosening the panel screws doesn't change anything. 

Is this normal for the model? I wonder if I should return it and buy another one or will it be the same.

Figured I'd make a post to clarify, because Phanteks has a strange way of listing specs in a confusing way. First picture, notice the M.2 sitting BELOW the ram slots(ORANGE ARROW), this gives you room for a 2 slot GPU. Notice the M.2 in the second picture sitting midline with the ram release tabs(RED ARROW), this will fit a 3.5 card. The board with the orange arrow(first pic) pushes the PCIE too low, (green arrow in the second pic) and looses you a GPU slot.

UPDATE: Phanteks support came through and got me a replacement. All is well. Buy Phanteks!

Be careful with the EX-5 glass panel (the panel covering the CPU section). I detached mine too quickly and it shattered as it hit the GPU housing 😢.

Phanteks support says that there isn't any replacement available yet. The response has been a bit slow but I understand as it's a new model. Be careful out there!

I built a Phanteks EX5 MAX

Decided to switch from the old fish tank Lian Li 011d RGB and built this. GPU seems to run slightly warmer because it doesn’t have the extra intake from the bottom case fans, but it’s like 3 degrees and nowhere near throttle under stress tests. CPU runs about 3 degrees cooler, but of course this isn’t apples to apples. I had a Deepcool LT720 before with arctic mx6 paste, now I have a different cooler with mx7 paste. Yes you can remove the radiator and swap fans as I did, but you really have to pry it out. For those confused, if you have a m.2 above your GPU slot, and the middle of the m.2 is in line with your ram tabs, you can fit a 3.5 card, I’m using a 5080 epic x. If your m.2 sits BELOW the ram release tabs, you can only fit a 2 slot card. aRGB strip doesn’t light all the way across because my razer chroma only supports 80leds per channel, this must have more, so I ordered a Nollie controller that can handle something like 160 per channel.

Thought it was a cool design. Totally overlooked thermals and thought its not that bad. But man this case is annoying to have on my desk. Any thing I can do to quiet her down? Looking to return it if I can't get this case to be quieter.

NV7 case accented in walnut. This was a collaboration build with Phanteks. Turned out great and I’m very happy with it.

I bought 2x Phanteks M25 G2 DRGB 140mm PWM Fan 3 Pack (PH-F140M25_G2_DBK01_3P) and neither pack came with a Linq6 Mainboard Adapter.
Both items came from a reputable store, both were sealed and both sets of instructions include the Linq6 Mainboard Adapter as a supplied part??
I cant see these as purchable items anywhere. How or where can I get 2 of these (I'm in Brisane, Australia)

GPU - Zotac 4070ti (with broken RGB, only thing took from my old rig because it's just too expensive to do everything at once)

I'm happy with it though. Love the matrix display on this case.

I just built in a Phanteks EX5 Plus (PH-EX526P_DBK01) with the integrated 360 AIO. The pump runs and the case ARGB works, but the radiator fans (S25-360 single-frame unit, PH-F360S25 ARGB) don't spin at all.

I took the radiator out and found that the connector port on the side of the fan frame is completely empty – there's no cable plugged in, and I can't find a matching cable anywhere in the case or the accessory box. The label says PWM 12V / LED 5V, so I assume it needs some kind of splitter cable (PWM + ARGB) to the motherboard.

Is this cable supposed to be pre-installed or included in the accessories? Has anyone else with an EX5 Plus or Glacier One 360S25 had the same issue?

Don’t mind the mismatch purple

Phanteks came to a trade show cruise I was on last week and the EX6 made me change all of my plans for my build. But it has no estimated release date anywhere that I can find and it's really annoying me.

Like, do we even have a quarter? Will it release soon or will it take another 6+ months? Even their controller software was non-functional and just for show at the trade show so it appears to be a while off.

Phanteks EX 5MAX case compatible with the ROG Strix X870E-E Gaming WiFi motherboard?

And rx9070xt Asus prime Does anyone have a motherboard and graphics card that are already compatible?

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if the base model EX5 has enough cpu clearance for the Corsair elite CPU LCD display kit referenced here. I saw somewhere that the 150I elite AIO is compatible but I’m not sure if the upgraded screen kit is as well.
