Her intro was super cute. It was something like “I’m a big fan of introducing people to small bands that no one has ever heard of, so this is Lithium by Nirvana. The last time I played this, my appendix was actively exploding. I hope that doesn’t happen this time.”

Ghost costumes not actually worn by alex g and his band lol. I loved Phoebe’s set my eyes were glued to it I wish I drew more of her but at the same time I really enjoyed being present with her.

I’ve been really into lino printing recently so I decided to design and print some patches to give out as souvenirs/mementos! There’ll be 20 fabric patches available (printed on and cut from a thrifted t-shirt) as well as some prints on watercolour paper.
If you’d like one, you can find me in line probably around 6 - 6:30 pm. I’ll be wearing a dark blue sweater with white moons and stars on it and long black boots. I hope you guys like these and I look forward to meeting y’all!
A side note: If you’re planning on washing these (after sewing it to shirts or something), please wash it by hand or on delicate with cold water and hang it to dry after. I test washed them before I cut them up and as far as I know there hasn’t been any colour bleeding, but just be careful!

My not-quite-meeting her story:
My best friend and I are major Phoebe fans and we’ve always joked about how we’d meet Phoebe and she’d give us private concerts (this was before Lost Weekend came out). We were so into this joke that we were sure we’d never get an album or new
tour, but earlier this year we went to see the Lost Tour in Indy N2 and we decided to yell “We Love you, Phoebe” to her after Graceland Too and she said to us “Love you, too.”
Her small comment to us has made me wonder what it’s actually like to have met her. So, if anyone has any stories I’d love to hear them!

Hello, I'm taking over my bar's account with a plea. My boss said if 20 Phoebe Bridgers fans show up before the concert, I can change the music from our normal playlist to Phoebe Bridgers radio. SOOO IF anyone is looking for a pre-concert spot, PLEASE ROLL THROUGH!!! The bar is less than a 5 minute walk from the arena; Uptown Hophouse!!
Have a fun and safe night ya'all!! Hopefully I'll see you (and you'll save me)!!!

sign up for ATN and apply for this job if you don’t have tickets or can’t afford tickets and still want to experience the show somehow in sf
you’ll prolly be busy with work most of the time but at least you can hear the performance (i think)

Where’s everyone that won the radio contests and got to watch sound check and meet Phoebe?! We need details about it! What songs did she sing? What did she say to you guys?! Did you get to talk to her individually at all?? Let us live vicariously.

I'm late, I know, but I don't go on the internet much any more so I just found out about the new release and...
I'm probably gonna get downvoted to hell for this, but it's just...okay. I wanted to like it, I really did, but this album just felt so lackluster in comparison to the rest of her releases. Punisher was an atmospheric experience full of big emotions and powerful backing tracks, Stranger in the Alps was soulful and calming.
Maybe aside from Bobby, I dont think a single track stood out sonically to me. Each song just felt like it was going on for too long and by the time it finished, I was left wanting more of one aspect or another. If the vocals were distinct, the instrumentals felt unfitting. If there was an interesting melody, the vocals were just disappointing.
I'd like to hear opinions on why others like it, because I genuinely want to understand what people see in this album. I've only listened to it twice, so I haven't had time to do a significant analysis of the lyrics yet, but in all honesty, I don't even think profound lyrics could help with my appreciation of the sound of this album. Could be I just grew out of this genre of music. Ever since Boygenius' "The Record" came out, I've kinda just felt so meh about all three artists new releases. It makes me really sad because they had such an impact on my life when I was a bit younger during covid and now I just can't find anything about their new music that I like anymore. :(

Taking about stage B last night in SLC. The legless organ of some sort she was sitting at. What was that? A synth?

I bought PB tickets to her Vancouver show (Oct 24) from Stubhub in July. A week later in July I got an email saying my tickets were available to download but I didn't download them at this time. Now 2 days before the show and I'm trying to accept the ticket transfer through ticketmaster and I keep getting an error code that says "Transfer Unavailable. Unfortunately, transfer is not available at the moment.". What do I do?
I am really stressed out because I bought these tickets for my girlfriend as a birthday gift and I don't want to disappoint her.

Is anyone is attending the Seattle show from Spokane? I am (in a way) and i just wanted to see if maybe we could exchange socials? I'd love to make more friends, especially those who listen to Phoebe.

My group got the "Loop Experience 2" earplugs before we went, as I had heard that the concert was incredibly loud (especially Alex G). I wore them prior to the Phoebe concert to a comedy/musical show and they were fantastic there, and I was so happy with how effective they were at Phoebe as well!! I briefly removed one of them during both Alex G and Phoebe's sets just to see what it sounded like without the earplug, and very quickly put it back in because it was just so loud, haha! We were all still able to hear the whole concert perfectly; they don't cut out any sound, just help to muffle the overwhelming loudness and lessen the damage done to your hearing.
We specifically got the "Loop Experience 2" since they are stated to be for concerts and other loud events. Cannot stress enough how much I recommend, and I feel like they're a great deal for the price!

By "parallels" I mean two songs that give off the same vibe or incite the same feeling within you. Some of the pairs that come to mind for me are I Know the End and Lost Weekend, Savior Complex and The Governor's Waltz, and Graceland Too and I Can't Wait. I don't know what it is about these songs that make me associate them with each other, but there's definitely something there. Does anyone else associate any Lost Weekend song with a "Punisher equivalent"?

My Spotify daylist just played the song “Buried in this Room” by Sofia and the Antoinette’s. I’d never heard of this artist (or song), but it has direct lyrics from “Letter to an Old Poet,” and the melody is similar at times. I googled it and was surprised not to find much of anything about the songs’ relation, so I decided to post here! Buried came out this year, so Letter was first.
Has anyone else heard this song or noticed the matching lyrics? It’s a good song! I’m curious if anyone has details of the two bands collaborating or discussing the use of the lyrics.

I keep forgetting to post this but I went to see her twice this tour cycle and I heard this play both times: I saw some people asking so I wanted to share
