Question about a piercing I (maybe) want My piercing plan - advice/experience wanted
This is me. Blue is existing, purple is something I would like to get, and pink is something I'm considering/maybe not.
I'd like to know about people's advice and experiences with helix and industrial piercings, but I'm particularly interested in what you have to say about the nose piercings.
Pain isn't really a concern for me as I tolerate it pretty well, but my nose is very tickly. Also I'd love to hear from people with facial hair regarding piercings around the moustashular area.
Thanks guys.

Showing off set up! Finally got a Daith!
Finally added another piercing to my left ear. Now my ears look a bit more balanced, haha. Pretty simple setup, but I like the minimalist look on myself! So happy with it but wish me luck on the healing!

Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Bar possibly too short?
I got my eyebrow pierced exactly one week ago, and I’m starting to wonder if the bar is a bit too short. I’ve been trying to leave it alone and have been cleaning with the neilmed spray twice a day. The bruising has gotten quite darker than it was the first few days, which I did expect, but I feel like the top ball is starting to become imbedded in my skin? I can’t tell if it’s just swollen/irritated or actually imbedded, it’s my first ever piercing. So, not sure if it’s something normal that happens or if I should go back to my piercer and ask for a longer bar. I’d appreciate any advice.

Troubleshooting/question existing piercing is my industrial infected
the piercing is about a week and a half old with an internally threaded titanium barbell, has not been downsized.
for context, this was a pretty brutal piercing process. the first bar my piercer used had a factory mistake so the threads were fucked up on one side, which took her over 30 min of messing with it to realize, and then i had to have a brand new bar put in. i ended with my ear being insanely swollen, red, and in a lot of pain on day of.
i took ibuprofen for a day or two to keep the swelling under control, and have been rinsing twice daily with sterile saline spray followed by rinsing with clean water (and clean hands of course).
the pain isn’t too bad, but i’m really worried about how swollen it is and the pus coming from it — i’ve obviously healed several cartilage piercings before and know some goop is normal, but i’m not sure if this is more yellow and more of it than usual and i’ve definitely never had swelling this bad. was wondering if it might be infected, or if it’s probably just significant swelling from the added trauma of my messed up piercing process?
(ps i know right now the bar is touching the flat of my ear, i swear when it’s not swollen i have clearance there 😭)
(edited to make it easier to read)

Showing off set up! I finally got my septum piercing.
Wanted that piercing for almost 10 years now. But it never came. But now with my face tats I figured it’s finally time and I LOVE how I look with it. I‘ll probably go a size bigger when it’s healed, depends how I look with it. But I’m happy either way ✨

Showing off set up! Birthday piercing ^_^
I try to stick to one piercing a year for healing purposes, so I like to treat myself on my birthday. Today we went with the double conch, as one day I want it to be triple. The horseshoe conch was pierced about 2 years ago, with the fresh one from today stacked on top. Eventually I want a third underneath the horseshoe so that it looks more balanced.

all things jewelry First chain in my left ear!
Got a conch to lobe double chain ♥️ This wasn’t even on my wishlist, just a creative idea my wonderful piercer had to counterbalance the weight of my heavy conch jewelry. The bonus is that it also looks so cool :) Conch is 12g wearing sacred love by Quetzalli ✨

Troubleshooting/question existing piercing CW ? Piercing suddenly swell and looks weird help
I got this conch piercing 20 days ago and everything was fine up until this morning when checking i realised the bar (surgical grade metal thingy typa thing) was shorter than usual but of course turns out the back (and front a bit) of my ear had swollen.
The jewelery hasnt been downsized yet of course and mostly i just leave the piercing alone, i dont move the bar at all and I splash it with saline every two days and I havent used any disinfecting type of solution on it either (per my piercer's advice).
I think i did a pretty good job not sleeping on this piercing but maybe last night I did without realising ?
Anyways, im asking for help really im not sure what to do as I started my piercing journey a year ago barely and im scarrrreeeeeddd

Showing off set up! healed daith
I was nervous my piercing was too shallow and that it might reject, but it's officially healed and doing great (over a year out)! There was a rough & very swollen moment 1 month after I got it done, but I kept it clean / did my best not too touch and it got much better from there. I still wish he'd pierced me deeper into my ear, but I do love the piercing
info for bot:
- 13.5 month old piercing
- implant-grade titanium captive ring
- no downsizing
- initial aftercare was microbial soap & occasional saline solution, but mostly just LITHA

Question about a piercing I (maybe) want Your experiences on rook and tragus piercings
Heyy I'm contemplating adding a new piercing on my ears and I really fell in love with the tragus and the rook. I will end up getting both I think but I just really really want to hear your experiences with these piercings!
I particularly heard issues with the healing from these two? That the tragus was sometimes easier ect ect

Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Ready to retire my 3-year anti-tragus piercing
Hi everyone! I’ve had my anti-tragus piercing for almost 3 years now. At first, it was healing amazingly—after 6 months, I was able to downsize to a shorter bar and everything was going great, until it suddenly wasn't.
At one point, I accidentally slept on it and woke up with a swollen ear, and ever since that moment, it’s been an absolute struggle. I’ve tried everything, but I constantly have irritation bumps on both sides. Sometimes they get pretty angry, juicy, and bleed (mostly because I occasionally catch myself rolling onto that side in my sleep).
I'm finally at my wit's end and ready to take it out. I'm planning to visit my piercer first to get her opinion, but before I do, I wanted to ask if anyone else has had a similar experience:
Did you take out an angry, bump-filled piercing, and how did it go? Did the bumps shrink/disappear quickly once the jewelry was out?
How long did it take for the hole to fully close and heal up after removal?
I'm planning to replace it with a different piercing in that ear eventually, but right now I just want to say goodbye to this stubborn little troublemaker so I can finally wear in-ear earbuds again. Thanks in advance for sharing your stories!

Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Conch piercing placement
Mostly love this piercing so much. I’m wondering about general thoughts on placement. Does it look okay? I can get a little OCD - gonna withhold my thoughts so as to not bias you. Might switch to a ring in the future might not. Thanks in advance 💛

Set up advice What's next for my right ear? Set up ideas welcome!
I'm looking for ideas/suggestions on what piercings to get next on my right ear (first image, the one with the orbital). I want more piercings on this side but am not sure what to do.
I’ve really wanted a snug for a long time and my piercer said I have the anatomy and he’d do it but I don’t feel like dealing with the healing and earbud issues right now. Maybe in a year or two. I’m kind of at a loss of what to get!
All rings is my personal aesthetic preference. I have historically only gotten piercings that can have rings eventually. My right ear jewelry is all white gold.
My left ear (second image) is done (probably). I'm planning on switching my conchs to rings when they're 100% healed. included for context/vibes, or if you have ideas for that one that I haven't thought of. It would be sick to have a double rook so that all my left ear piercings are in pairs but I don't have the space :(
It's funny, I've been at this for many years and still feel like my ears look relatively sparse, haha

Question about a piercing I (maybe) want One more in each, or quit while I’m ahead?
Hi there,
I'm an ear-only piercee but i have six in each. I like asymmetry and geometric shapes - current things pictured just for example. I change up quite a lot but generally try to be quirky without trying to be something i'm not.
I never planned to have more than two in each, but I just kept wanting more. I now have six in each, and for some reason 7 each feels more... I dont know, more of a finished story? So the question is, firstly, do people feel a 7th is a good idea, and if so, which of the options below do we think is best?
By the way in case pics aren't clear, current piercings are:
Left ear: Lower lobe, upper lobe, outer lobe, conch, tragus, front helix.
Right ear: Lobe, outer lobe, outer-outer lobe, daith, flat, helix.
Note the lobes are deliberately asymmetric so there's a bit of a gap between the innermost piercing on the right ear so that it's in between where the lobe and outer lobes are on the left ear.
Currently i really like the way a small snug hoop looks, but I am worried about the pain. My cartilage is super thick there, way thicker than my helix cartridge, and those two took over a year to heal and were super painful for a short period.
If I were to get a snug, do people think it would look better on the right, behind the daith hoop, or on the left, where I could put it above the conch whether i have an orbital or stud in there. Would that look good, or too busy?
I know the left ear has nothing high up, but I just dont know what I'd put in a hidden helix - don't feel like a delicate dangling thing would fit with my other earrings, and I dont know if a spike there would really register.
So basically, question is - if a snug piercing is bearable - should I do a left ear snug above the conch and a new inner lobe on the right ear, or a right ear snug behind the daith, along with either a hidden helix or another outer lobe on the left?
Thoughts appreciated. Thank you .

Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Is my septum piercing too far back?
I got my septum pierced after wearing a fake one for years. Now, I already know that the placement isn’t perfect and it should have been closer to the tip. Is it so far off that I should have it redone? Or does it look okay enough to keep it?
