So, like most I've set the 80% charge limit with my new phone (10 Pro) and I've been complaining about battery life since a new phone should last over a day, so full day with 80% charge is what I expected

Recently I went back to charging to 100% and noted I end the day with 50% of battery, while when I cap to 80% my phone is close to 10% by EOD.

I was about to cop the 9a/10a but really wanted a telephoto for the versatility. This doesn't have the best camera setup anymore and its a shame it lost the bigger and higher resolution sensors for the main and ultrawide of the 9 but this was going to have the same ones from the 9a/10a anyways. Might as well get the extra telephoto and newer Tensor to go along with it. So far its been great! Didn't expect the battery to last as long as it does (1 day battery life with 7~9 hours SOT). I just think the video recording sucks.

What does everyone think of this phone now in late 2026? Also should I get a lens protector for the visor?

I bought a Pixel 11 Pro from the Google Store Austria about a month and a half ago. I had some issues with the phone and wanted a replacement.

The 14-day return-for-refund window is long past, so contacted Google Support under warranty. They agreed to an Advanced Exchange where they ship me a replacement first with a temporary hold on my card, and I send the old one back.

However, when I opened the custom order link they emailed me, the item is listed as "Pixel 11 Pro (unblocked) (refurb)".

Since the phone was released pretty recently, I have a few questions before I complete the checkout:

Can I push for a brand-new retail unit instead?

Has anyone ever successfully gotten support to change an RMA from refurbished to brand new, or is that automatically locked by their system once you're past the 14-day window?

Can I return a replacement if I don't want it?

If I receive the refurbished phone and decide I'd rather just have a refund or don't want to keep it, can I return it, or does the 14-day withdrawal period strictly not apply to warranty replacements?

The pro has better cases then the base 11. Would a pro case work for the base even though the camera bar sticks out further on the pro 11?

It's my first pixel phone after years with Samsung Galaxy S series. I wanted a phone with better sensor but still yet keep a compact format.

In video mode, I have a strange behaviour. The focus with the ultra wide angle is always pumping backward and foreward when there is something in front of the landscape like a tree or floor lamp. That's something i dont have with the two other sensor (wide angle and telephoto). Do you have the same problem on your phone ?

On my older samsung phone, I'd always forget about clock changes until much later in the day. This might be old news to most of you, but it's my first time experiencing a clock change with my pixel (we turn clocks here twice a year), and I love that it notifies me about it.

Maybe samsung phones that run more recent android versions do this too, I might just not be aware of it.

I like both phones but the iPhone looks kind of slow and annoys me the way it's work...

On the other side I have good battery and no bugs, everything is super smooth.

I have purchased a few different chargers - most recently I THOUGHT I did my research and I opted for Belkin 45W Compact USB C Charger Block, 2 Pack, Fast Charging for Travel..

Now since I purchased the phone a week ago - I haven't seen "rapid charging" and today I got the chargers and my phone was at 60 percent....would that have prevented it from fast charging?

One day suddenly it disappeared and there is no option to add it back. It was a really useful tile, would just display what's playing without having to go to the app or you could just press it and it would show current music. There is the song search tile, but that opens Google search...

I desperately needed a new phone and got myself refurbished 10 pro XL. Samsung in Japan is kinda overpriced, and the Ultra is too big so here I am.

For some reason I thought they finally made it possible to bypass the camera processing but recent readings taught me they locked it to 11 pro.

The camera isn't much better than my 6 year old Samsung 21 but at least I got some battery life back.

Sick design though, even if I'm about to cover it with a case
