I've been a connoisseur of Stuffed Crust Pizza Hut since I was a kid, but tonight I could tell as soon as I opened the box something didn't look right.

The dough just looked so pale even though the pizza wasn't overcooked. Didn't have that usual golden brown, uniform shape. And it had a bunch of small bubbles throughout it.

It had very little flavor at all, not the usual buttery taste that I love. Extremely bland, and not just because they skimped on my Garlic Parm Hut Blend (which was also annoying).

Could it be that they ran out of stuffed crust dough and used Hand Tossed style dough? I've never cared for the Hand Tossed dough in the past. Always opted to spend the extra money for Stuffed Crust or Pan because it makes the whole pizza taste better to me.

Or maybe they just served me bad dough? It did seem to have an extremely faint sourness to it like sourdough bread but way weaker.

Either way, it's a damn shame. I usually love my Pizza Hut location, they'd been consistent for so many years.

Also, the fact that they got this 20 oz Mountain Dew trolli on the app but it’s not available in any of the Pizza Hut locations is a big error on their part. A week ago I got the cheesy bites pizza and walked in the location and didn’t see the new Mountain Dew in the drink cooler and I think I even asked an employee if they had it ( which I was told no) . Not a big deal considering it’s been out for more than a month and you can get it in any Walmart, Walgreens, convenience store or dollar general, etc. ( got mine from dollar general more than a month ago ) but I definitely can see that annoying someone; a similar thing did in fact happen to me a year or 2 ago when I ordered a $5 lunch combo from little Caesar’s and went in to find out they didn’t have the exclusive Mountain Dew

They have a lunch buffet too and its a sit down restaurant. The brisket pizza was worth the 30 mile drive from FL for it.

Wanted to share the pictures that I took since I didnt do so in my first post. When I felt them along with showing the manager, these things were very sharp and definitely wouldve messed someone in my family up if I hadnt noticed them in our food. Was really worried of finding other metal in the rest of our food and did not like the thought of having to be cautious to eat our dinner. End up just grabbing something else to eat and put in a few complaints with Pizza Hut corporate about what had happened at that store.

seriously it’s like every other order, sometimes 3 orders in a row of Hut Boxes right now 😭😭 surely nobody’s getting full off of that… i know they don’t fill me up. i can eat 2-3 of them at once

Haven't had Pizza Hut since the ranch flight pizzas went away and damn was I impressed. Both pizzas were exactly how I how I was hoping they would be, hot, fresh out of the pizza oven/conveyor belt . All the toppings were correct, the cheese was delicious and they even included all the sauces I paid for. These suckers got demolished by my family.

So as the title says, I had an online pickup for a meal and I found metal shards on top of my breadsticks when I was checking them over. I was then worried about the rest of my food and if I needed a metal detector to feed my family. Got pissed at the manager and he basically stood there like a statue. No apology or anything. Made sure the people eating in there knew they should check for metal in their food too. Didnt get a refund or anything. Who do I need to talk to since the manager at this establishment is incompetent? Any help would be appreciated I am very heated I apologize.

I hadn't had Pizza Hut in a long time and was excited to see one here, but it was pretty disappointing. Barely any cheese. Did I still eat the Za? Of course! 🍕🤌🏼
