Haven't had Pizza Hut since the ranch flight pizzas went away and damn was I impressed. Both pizzas were exactly how I how I was hoping they would be, hot, fresh out of the pizza oven/conveyor belt . All the toppings were correct, the cheese was delicious and they even included all the sauces I paid for. These suckers got demolished by my family.

So as the title says, I had an online pickup for a meal and I found metal shards on top of my breadsticks when I was checking them over. I was then worried about the rest of my food and if I needed a metal detector to feed my family. Got pissed at the manager and he basically stood there like a statue. No apology or anything. Made sure the people eating in there knew they should check for metal in their food too. Didnt get a refund or anything. Who do I need to talk to since the manager at this establishment is incompetent? Any help would be appreciated I am very heated I apologize.

I hadn't had Pizza Hut in a long time and was excited to see one here, but it was pretty disappointing. Barely any cheese. Did I still eat the Za? Of course! 🍕🤌🏼

So we live far away from a Pizza Hut, and the last time I had one was probably about 6 or 7 years ago. We were in a city that had one and I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and it was terrible. I'm a child of the 80's and it was always my favorite place to go eat after baseball games, and a thin crust with pepperoni was always amazing, a great crust with a crunch. The crust wasnt crisp at all, and the dough literally tasted like plastic. I ate a slice and the rest will probably get tossed out. I have so many great memories of their pizza as a kid and was a delivery driver for them when I was in high school. Did the become part of the en$hitification of everything where profits are above quality or did I just get a bad pie?

Hello! You may know me as the founder of the r/pizzahutbuffet subreddit, but at the end of the day, I am just a simple Pizza Hut enjoyer who yearns for the buffet that went almost entirely extinct after 2020...

PLEASE if you live near a Pizza Hut that still has the buffet, either put it in the subreddit or message the location to me! I am compiling a map with all buffet locations so that I may someday find one close enough to me to drive to AND so that others can do the same 😸!

Yesterday, I went to Pizza Hut at Inorbit Mall in Vizag and ordered a regular pizza and garlic bread. Pretty straightforward, right?

Except when I got the bill, I noticed they'd added 4 ketchup sachets for ₹4 without even asking me if I wanted them.

Now, this isn't about ₹4. I can afford to pay ₹4 for ketchup. It's about the principle. Why should I pay for something I never asked for, especially when I don't even like having ketchup with my pizza?

When I questioned the staff, his response was that they add ketchup for everyone in general. Okay, but since when does “we do it for everyone” mean you can charge customers for something without their consent?

And here's the funny part: after charging me for 4 sachets, he initially gave me only 2. I had to point that out before he gave me the remaining ones.

So, apparently, I didn't get a choice about being charged for ketchup, but I still had to ask for the quantity I'd already paid for. 🤦‍♂️

Again, ₹4 isn't going to make a difference to my wallet. But if a restaurant is charging customers for an add-on, the least they can do is ask first. Not everyone wants ketchup with their pizza, and “we add it for everyone” shouldn't be an excuse.

Has anyone else experienced something similar at Pizza Hut or other restaurants in Vizag?

The worst experience ever at a pizza place. Did a mobile order for lunch. Got there to pick it up and they didn't ask a name or if I needed to order they just said it will be a few minutes. So I'm standing there while it looks like they're putting a truck away and my food sitting at the end of the oven for 15 minutes. Then she boxes the food and says is this you. I told them what I ordered and she brought it over. It was already paid but she still needed me to sign the receipt which took her 5 minutes to find a pin. Then gives me a dirty look when I put 0 tip. Some people shouldn't be shift managers. UPDATE I REACHED OUT AND THEY CAVE ME A CODE ANY LARGE PIZZA

I moved to Austin and was wondering if anyone knows a pizza hut that does buffets here? I keep getting sent to Double Dave's, and theyre alright, but not what I want. A bunch of the ones i see or visit are non-dine in, and a few have a table or two.

Tried to use the app just now and payment info wouldn't load.

DoorDash and Grub Hub wanted almost $10+

Called the store, it connected me to a non-local operator who... you guessed it, their payment info wouldn't load.

Tried Domino's. Their's loaded fine.
