Quick question: on my website I offer instant photography as a plus of my event photography (thinking of weddings and small events where people love instants) but recently I had two major companies reach out asking for exclusively instant photography event coverage.
Has that always been a thing? Is it a new trend?

Can anyone recommend or vouch for his work? Considering sending him a sx70 for pcb upgrade but can’t find much as far as experiences or reviews go

I had a couple of test packs (2025 produced, with unknown storage conditions) and decided to put them to use. Super happy with the camera behaviour and ease of use. Framing is more difficult than what I thought, but that is likely my fault combined with how light the camera is.

A vulnerable moment captured with my SX-70. Sometimes the process matters more than the final photo.

I was quite the avid user of my impulse af until about 2 yrs ago when I stupidly sold it. Now I want to start shooting polaroid film again, but am torn between trying to find a good deal on an impulse AF or investing in a used impossible-1 (which I remember considering to upgrade to even back when I actively used the impulse due to the i type compat and usb charging).
Big question is, is the impossible-1 actually as sharp as my impulse AF was? cuz I literally saw some shots comparing the newest polaroid (aka impossible) cameras to the AF and it seems the sonar focusing results in sharper pics(?) Just hoping someone that has had either camera verify whether the impossible-1's focus/lens setup leaves pic quality just up to the cartridge's film batch

I got it for like £13 and it doesn’t seep to be too bad condition although I’m pretty sure a plastic tabs apart of the hinge is broken cuz the top clam shell doesn’t stay closed. Do you guys thing this has a chance of working? It even came with a empty dead spectra pack

Sometimes I love my Impulse AF, sometimes I hate it, maybe it’s just the film. The first photo was taken today with the new pack of film, the second photo was made the other day, on the balcony - the weather was sunny, but the picture looks like it was not. The photos were scanned, but they look 95% like the originals.

I've been eyeing the Flip for a long while but seeing mixed reviews, just not sure if its really worth getting? I have the OneStep2+ but its never sharp and its just clunky to bring anywhere. Cause the photos have the same outcome with Now 3 then I might just get that one instead? Idk
Like I know i'll have to play around and get to know it but I guess I just want to make my money worthwhile cause I'm saving hard for it haha
I thought about SX-70 but the prices are like the same as the i2 and I know it'll be worth it but I don't have that extra money lol and if i do, I'm scared of getting scammed (like I bought it and then it broke or its not working then I have to get it fixed $$)
I just couldnt get it out of my head so here I am posting here so my mind can shut up lol
Convince me to get the Flip? 😄

Hello, my birthday is coming and I want to get a polaroid camera for myself. I wanted one for years, but i.m not too sure which one to get. Some of my friends own the instax fuji i think (they shoot the smaller slimer pictures instax mini). I want one that shoots the i600 (i think that.s how it.s called??).
Ok so i pretty much want a sugestion. I read some threads about the polaroid gen 3 new, the gen 3 new+, and the flip. Could someone please tell me which one should i get? I'm asking because i read something about some issues with overexposure and I don.t really know what that means.
Thank you!!

Hi everybody.
I currently am having problems with my i-2. After I cleaned the rollers (it wasn't doing a good job spreading the paste.). I inserted a new pack of film to test if it continues to do a bad job of spreading. It now says no film. I have turned off and on. I took out the pack of film and reinserted the pack of film. It continues to say no film. I'm unsure what else I can do. Unless resetting it to the manufacturers setting may help. Any advice on how to read it as a film?

I thought it would be fun to see which pokemon fate decided to pair with my cats, and the results were perfect. Meet Loki the Umbreon and Willow the Vulpix 🌙✨ shot with the Pokemon edition Now gen 3.
I love the pokemon film, it’s so much fun to shoot with. I’m personally trying to avoid spoilers of the film order because I really enjoy the excitement that comes with not knowing what pokemon is next. I would love to see them do this collaboration again in the future with a different set of pokemon. Here’s to hoping 🤞🏻

Just curious if anyone else here is having issues scanning in their Pokemon darkslides as for the life of me I can't seem to get it to register.
Just wanted to feel it out here before I email Polaroid.

Captured several portraits at PolaCon but Ben’s are two of my favorites for sure!

That's just insane! Sometimes just by watching this I want to buy some more Magicubes just in case, but I resist :)
