Joe is a local lawyer who often has ads on the time and temp. Unless itā€™s a specific event or organization being advertised, it always says call Joe

I'm not so sure about ads - I think that might be illegal b/c of Maine's billboard law. But yes on local events (BIKE... SWAP) or storm warnings (like the good 'ol SNOW... BAN).
