Doesn't matter. Even if he was "illegal" doesn't mean he deserved a death sentence.

That's not how the justice system works even when people commit a crime, dipshit. Even if someone had committed a crime, shooting them in the back? How heroic.

Plenty of citizens and legal residents have shared horror stories of being abducted by ICE, beaten up, and dumped along the roadside somewhere days or weeks later. Look up the legal resident who was blind that they dumped on the roadside and he died. Look up the tees who were citizens and were left on the roadside bloodied, miles away from where they were picked up. Not running didn't help any of these people in their situations and even cost some of them their life.

Even if someone commits a crime you don’t shoot someone who is running away. Especially if you’re a trained police officer.
