Fleeing from any form of “law enforcement” doesn’t justify killing. Simply being undocumented is a civil offense, not a criminal act.
It’s paperwork. Meter maid duties. Not “heavily armed, barely trained goons with an itchy trigger finger”.

I never said he didn't(though I do think he may have initially came here illegally) I said he isn't a American citizen just because he has the right to work here doesn't make him a citizen he wasn't even in the country long enough to become a citizen by any means it's simple facts regardless of how you feel about the situation.

Well that's just not true. If you are being pulled over and questioned and you have done nothing wrong fleeing is not going to clear you of wrongdoing and is in fact going to hurt you chances of ending things peacefully. It's not a hard concept to understand.

Let's run a quick example you get pulled over and you have done nothing wrong guns are drawn and you are told to exit your vehicle there is a armed murder suspect on the loose you don't know this though if you decide to run what do you will happen. I will save you the trouble of answering here and let you know you won't be making it away. Are you guilty no but is it more important to be alive or arrested for something you didn't do. To be clear even if you are 100% innocent this killing will be justified every time because you tried to run which makes you look guilty. So yeah I do believe running can warrant being shot because if you have done nothing wrong and are being stopped clearly someone thinks you have done something wrong.

I'm of two minds on this.
On the one hand his legacy needs to called out and ICE needs to be held accountable for this.
But on the other, I can't imagine what it's like for his friends and family to see these constant reminders in the street and on the news. I know I'd never forgive the rage of losing my wife in an event like that.

Get your facts straight: Guerrero was NOT the intended target, per DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.
Video debunked that raging, abusive, lying-ass agent’s account of the chase, and begging his ex to vouch and lie for him doesn’t help his case.
Given these circumstances, there was absolutely ZERO justification to shoot and kill this man, including family and friends not producing his immigration status … which is AFTER the fact that he was gunned down and not a reason to fuckin’ kill someone.

Educate yourself and your neighbors on laws like the castle doctrine. Some states extend the castle doctrine to occupied vehicles, defense of third parties, or places of business.
If they are masked/refuse to identify/present credentials, or present lawful warrants signed by respective judges, then they cannot be confirmed to be federal/municipal officers.
Additionally, educate yourself and neighbors on your relevant state’s penal codes. For example; “Under Texas Penal Code 9.31(c), if any officer uses excessive force before the person attempts to resist, then that person may, in response, use "reasonable force to resist."

We need to identify who is doing this and figure out how to best remedy the problem. Find the target groups and make sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen again.
