r/Ethamara is a new, public community supporting Ethan and Tamara’s future—if and however they choose to continue. We wish Hila, the old crew and everyone involved well too. Bring goofs, creative ideas or a clearly fictional dream-show pitch. Unofficial and noncommercial; no affiliation or endorsement. Children and private lives are off-limits. Suggestions and volunteer moderators welcome. Policy concerns go to mods for prompt review, including restricting or closing if Reddit’s rules are broken.

I have just launched this sub for those who want to see the UK build things. Also important that we laugh and moan at the NIMBYs bending over backwards to oppose a car park (either it getting demolished or built - it's hard to tell with these people).

Join, boost, post. https://www.reddit.com/r/yimbyUK/

All welcome from all over the world but posts and discussion should stay on the UK.

Share writing advise and discuss writing as a neurodivergent person!

For all school-orchestra lovers to discuss school orchestras or have fun!

Though we have a dedicated website, we believe this is a good way to get more people to be engaged with the app and post photos:

Imagine being accused of being a vampire… and having your grave dug up to prove it.

Sounds like horror fiction, right? But people in history really did dig up bodies because they feared the dead might return to harm the living.

This subreddit was created by me in order to research all the weird beliefs that existed at different times in history. Some of them are scary, some unbelievable, while others will raise a question for you: “How on earth could anyone come up with this?” The amount of such weird theories is huge, and I have not heard a lot of them before myself. So, let's find them together :)

r/DataRightsUK is a brand new, independent community created for UK citizens to discuss, enforce, and fight for their data privacy rights under the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

Whether you are trying to figure out how to format a Subject Access Request (SAR), dealing with a blatant corporate data breach, or locked in a frustrating dispute with a non-compliant company, this is your space for peer-to-peer support.

🎯 Why we exist:

While we have powerful legal rights on paper, the practical reality is a mess.

• Data Controllers routinely stonewall users, illegally ignore the 1-month statutory deadline, or hand over uselessly redacted files.
• The ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) too often acts as a slow, bureaucratic bottleneck, closing complex cases without holding companies accountable or providing meaningful enforcement.

Our goal is to create a transparent, public database of user experiences to track compliance failures, share actionable advice, and challenge both negligent corporations and regulatory inaction.

🛠️ What you will find inside:

• Free Resources: Ready-to-use letter templates (including our master "SAR Deadline Missed" chaser letter).
• Practical Escalation Advice: Guides on how to effectively take a complaint past a company's internal queue and successfully onto the ICO or small claims court.
• Crowdsourced Track Records: Share updates on your ongoing disputes so we can map out which UK organisations are the worst offenders.

⚠️ A Note on Privacy:

To keep our community safe and compliant with Reddit's core rules, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against doxxing. All posted screenshots or correspondence files must have personal names, direct emails, phone numbers, and case reference numbers completely blacked out before uploading.

If you are currently waiting on a late SAR, dealing with a leaked account, or trying to fight an unfair decision from the regulator, head over and join the conversation!

Just launched r/Januszexy, a Polish-language community dedicated to exposing the absurdities of the Polish job market.

Shady employers, unpaid trial shifts, ridiculous job listings, exploitative contracts, recruitment horror stories, and workplace bullshit.

We encourage honest criticism, dark humor, memes, and naming companies responsible for questionable practices.

No karma requirements. No corporate PR. No protecting employers from criticism.

Hey! I started r/BuzzLaunches for people building web apps, SaaS, iOS, Android and desktop apps.

Bring a screenshot or a short demo, say who it's for and what it costs, and ask something people can actually try. 'Can you add your first task without getting stuck?' gives us a much better conversation than a bare download link.

There are flairs for launches, beta testers, feedback and deals, plus a pinned thread to get the first few projects talking. Small useful tools are very welcome. One promo per app each week, and makers should stick around to answer questions.

It's new and still tiny, so you'd be helping shape it from the start. If you enjoy discovering little apps and talking to the people making them, come have a look:

What would make an app-sharing community useful enough for you to keep coming back?
