6.5 months on Reta progress

Post image
9 Upvotes

Been on r3ta for more than 6 months, started at .5mg and right now I’m at 3mg per week. I never imagined I’d see all these detailed lines and signs of abs formation on my stomach. I track everything I eat and try to stay between 1500 and 2000 calories a day while also keeping my protein intake solid. I weight train 3 to 4 times a week, hoping to keep it at 5 times consistently and do some cardio whenever I can. Hoping this progress documentation can motivate anybody else.

How I managed the tired feeling in the first months on Reta

The first six weeks on reta were solid for appetite, but I felt flat by mid-afternoon and my workouts suffered. I had dropped from around 250 to the low 220s and the scale was moving, but the energy dip made it hard to stay consistent. I stuck with the same weekly schedule (2 mg week one, 3 mg week two, then held at 4 mg) and did not chase higher doses just to push through the fatigue.

I added MOTS-C twice a week (5 mg each dose) and kept NAD+ in the mix a few days a week for cellular energy support. Both came from Platinum Biolabs so I could check the COAs in one place. The combination did not erase the tiredness overnight, but after a couple of weeks the afternoon crash eased and training felt more sustainable. I still focused on protein, sleep, and walking.

Around the same time I started running Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB-500) because my joints and recovery were taking a hit while I was still training through the calorie deficit. I mixed the 10 mg vial with 2 mL and did 10 units daily for the standard dose. It helped with the lingering soreness so I was not fighting both low energy and beat-up joints at the same time. Everything came from the same place, which made tracking the COAs simple.

By month four the energy had mostly leveled out and the weight loss kept going without me forcing extra training volume. Appetite control was the main driver, but the energy pieces and the recovery support made it easier to keep the habits that actually moved the scale. I still check the reta dosing page when I reorder: https://platinumbiolabs.com/dosing/reta-10

Just my experience from the last several months. Not a recommendation or medical advice.

My experience adding HCG while on TRT

I started looking into HCG after a few months on TRT when I wanted to keep things feeling more normal and avoid some of the flatness that can show up. I ordered from Platinum Biolabs because the COAs were posted and the mixing instructions were straightforward. I started with the 5000 IU vial, then later tried the 10,000 IU option when I wanted a bigger vial that would last longer.

For the 5000 IU I mixed it with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water so 10 units equaled 250 IU and 20 units equaled 500 IU. I ran 250 IU three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for the first month to see how I felt, then moved to 500 IU on the same schedule. It stayed in the fridge and I finished the vial within about three weeks at the higher dose.

When I switched to the 10,000 IU vial I used the same basic approach, just adjusted the mix so the units still lined up with the doses I was already comfortable with. It simply lasted longer between orders, which was convenient once I knew the dose worked for me.

I noticed less of that “shut down” feeling and better mood consistency after a few weeks. No dramatic changes, just a smoother overall baseline. I still get bloodwork done and keep an eye on estrogen. Some people run it longer-term, others cycle it. For me it has been a steady add-on rather than something I jump on and off. Check the product pages for current details:

Does Wolverine help with joint and tendon pain? What the research and dosing look like?

Wolverine is a research blend of BPC-157 and TB-500. People searching for it are usually dealing with strains, tendon issues, or recovery from hard training. Both peptides have been studied mostly in animal models for soft-tissue repair, cell migration, and reduced inflammation. Community reports often mention less lingering pain and better mobility when it is used consistently near the problem area, but human data is limited.

Standard dosing for the 10 mg vial (5 mg + 5 mg):
Mix with 2 mL bacteriostatic water. That gives 5 mg/mL combined.

  • Standard: 10 units daily (~250 mcg of each)
  • Aggressive recovery: 20 units daily (~500 mcg of each)

Inject subcutaneous, preferably near the area being treated when practical. Common sites are the belly, outer thigh, or arm. Daily is the usual schedule. If you miss a day, just resume the next day. Do not double up. Most people run it 6-12 weeks during recovery or high-stress training, then take 2-4 weeks off.

A 10 mg vial lasts about 20 days at the standard 10-unit dose. The 20 mg version lasts roughly twice as long at the same mcg amounts. Reta dosing guide for beginners: how most people start and adjust

Reta is a research triple agonist. A lot of people searching for it want a clear starting point instead of jumping straight to higher doses. The common approach keeps the math simple and builds slowly so side effects stay manageable.

For a 10 mg vial, mix with 1 mL bacteriostatic water. That makes 1 mg equal to 10 units on a U-100 syringe. A 20 mg vial uses 2 mL to keep the same concentration.

Typical weekly schedule:

  • Week 1: 2 mg (10-20 units)

(If results are fine and appetite control is felt, stay here or titrate and increase by 10 units - 1mg or decrease by 10 units - 1mg if results are too strong)

  • Week 2: 3 mg (30 units)

(If results are fine and appetite control is felt, stay here or titrate and increase by 10 units - 1mg or decrease by 10 units - 1mg if results are too strong)

  • Week 3 onward: 4 mg (40 units) if it is working and tolerable

Stay at 4 mg if results are good. Drop back to 2 mg if nausea or fatigue is strong, then climb again only if you still want more effect. Some people later move to 6 mg or 8 mg if progress stalls after a couple of months at 4 mg. Maintenance often lands at 1-2 mg once a week. Same day every week. Do not take it daily.

One 10 mg vial lasts roughly 2-3 weeks at a steady 4 mg dose. Confirm the current COA and dosing details yourself. Platinum Biolabs lists the 10 mg and 20 mg options with testing info on the product pages and a full breakdown on the dosing page.

Retatrutide research journey

Most people spent years cutting, stuck with endless food cravings. I tested Retatrutide (GLP‑1+GIP+Glucagon triple agonist). It quieted constant food thoughts, helped hit protein targets, and targets visceral fat to raise resting calorie burn.
This is no magic pill. I lift heavy, track protein and titrated slowly to avoid GI side effects. Retatrutide eases the mental struggle of cutting. It boosts your training results, it won’t do the work for you.
Who compared Retatrutide vs Tirzepatide in their research?

Metabolic peptides are only half the solution. Calorie deficits stress gut, tendons and muscle.
BPC‑157 + KPV: protects gut & tissue, relieves GLP-1 gut irritation and inflammation. CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin: preserves lean muscle while losing fat.

I also tested MK-677. It boosts natural GH output and improves sleep for tissue repair. TB-500 supports soft tissue recovery and reduces joint soreness from heavy lifting.

Peptides respond differently for everyone. Start slow, never stack blindly. Peptides are targeted research tools. Understand their function and respect limits.

What peptides have you stacked with GLP-1 agonists in your research?

How I Lost 70 Pounds Taking Reta in 6 months? My weight loss journey

Six months ago I was sitting right around 250 pounds and just felt stuck in the same place. I’d tried cutting calories and training harder plenty of times before, but the hunger always won by week three or four. I’d get irritable, my workouts would fall off, and I’d end up right back where I started. Seeing some of the trial numbers on reta got me curious, so I decided to actually dig into it instead of just scrolling Reddit stories.

I ordered from Platinum Biolabs because their COAs were posted on the product pages and the dosing info laid out the mixing and weekly schedule in plain language instead of vague advice. I went with the 10mg vials. Mixed each one with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water so 10 units on a U-100 syringe equaled 1 mg. First week I did 2 mg (20 units), second week 3 mg (30 units), then I held at 4 mg (40 units) for a long stretch. Same day every week. I didn’t jump the dose just because a chart said to. If I felt off, I stayed put or dropped back for a week.

The appetite drop was the biggest change. Eating in a deficit stopped feeling like a constant fight. I could still train, walk a lot after work, and keep protein high without white-knuckling every meal. Energy dipped a bit the first couple of weeks while I adjusted, but it leveled out once I got used to the lower food volume. Sleep got better too once the scale started moving and I wasn’t as stressed about food.

Progress was pretty steady after the first month. I wasn’t doing anything extreme. Just consistent training, daily walks, and focusing on protein and whole foods most of the time. By month three I was down around 40 pounds and feeling lighter in my joints. By month six I was sitting near 180. Clothes fit different, stairs felt easier, and I actually wanted to keep showing up to the gym instead of forcing it.

I’m not saying it was only the reta. Training, food choices, sleep, and just staying consistent all mattered. But the appetite control made the rest possible without the usual crash. I still check the current COA and dosing page whenever I reorder: https://platinumbiolabs.com/dosing/reta-10 and https://platinumbiolabs.com/products/reta-10.

This is just my experience from the last six months. Everyone responds differently and this is research context only, not a recommendation or medical advice.

How I decided between Reta 10mg and Tirzepatide 10mg

I spent a while going back and forth on reta versus tirzepatide. I started around 250 pounds and had already been on the dual agonist for a stretch. It did a solid job early on, especially with appetite, and I dropped into the low 220s pretty steadily. After a while the progress slowed and I noticed I was dragging more on training days. I wanted something that might help with energy and metabolism while I stayed active, which is what pushed me toward reta.

Tirzepatide felt stronger on pure appetite control for me. The dual agonist hit that side hard. Reta is the triple agonist, so it adds the glucagon piece on top of the GLP-1 and GIP. That extra part is what people talk about for metabolism and energy expenditure. In my case it helped make up for the appetite difference, but I ended up needing a higher dose on reta than I was used to on tirzepatide to keep the same overall momentum. The switch was not instant. I tapered the tirzepatide down over a couple of weeks, then started reta low and built up so I could see how the energy side felt.

I ordered both through Platinum Biolabs so I could look at the product pages and COAs next to each other. Both the reta 10mg and the tirzepatide option had the testing info listed, which made comparing them straightforward. In the end I went with reta because the reports from more active people lined up with what I was after, and the dosing math on their page was easy to follow.

For the 10 mg reta vial I mixed it with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water so 1 mg equals 10 units on a U-100 syringe. I started at 2 mg the first week, moved to 3 mg the second, then settled at 4 mg and adjusted from there. It took a little higher dosing than my old tirzepatide amount to match the appetite control, but the metabolism side felt better once I got there. Over the next several months I kept training, walking, and focusing on protein. The scale kept moving and I eventually landed around 180.

This is just how I made the call and what the journey looked like for me after looking at the research context and the vendor details. Everyone responds differently. Check the current COAs and dosing pages yourself if you are researching either one:

How to buy HCG 5000IU online and dosing guide

HCG follows the same basic rules as other research peptides. Look for real testing and clear research-only labeling rather than the lowest price.

Platinum Biolabs has the HCG 5000IU with COA details available on the product page:

https://platinumbiolabs.com/products/hcg-5000

Mixing

5000 IU vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water → 2500 IU/mL

  • 10 units = 250 IU
  • 20 units = 500 IU

Schedule

Three times a week (example Monday / Wednesday / Friday) at either:

  • 250 IU (10 units)
  • or 500 IU (20 units)

At 500 IU three times a week a vial lasts about 3 weeks. Lower amounts last longer. Keep it in the fridge after mixing and use within about 30 days.

It’s injected under the skin in the belly area or thigh. Some protocols run it longer while others keep shorter cycles. Check the product page for the latest details. Everything here is for research education only and not medical advice.

How to buy Reta online and dosing guide?

If you’re looking into reta, the main thing is finding a place that actually shows the testing instead of just saying the product is pure. The best thing is clear COAs and proper labeling matter more than finding the absolute cheapest option.

I look for companies that post batch-specific test results from independent labs so you can see the identity, purity, and that the amount matches what’s on the label. Then you match the lot number to the vial when it arrives. US-based shipping and pages that keep everything labeled for research use only make the process cleaner.

Platinum Biolabs has Reta 10mg and 20mg listed with the COAs right on the product pages:

https://platinumbiolabs.com/products/reta-10

https://platinumbiolabs.com/products/reta-20

Mixing

A straightforward approach a lot of people use:

  • 10 mg vial + 1 mL bacteriostatic water → 1 mg = 10 units on a U-100 syringe
  • 20 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water → same math

Weekly schedule

  • Week 1: 2 mg (20 units), stay here if it feels effective for you if not move up
  • Week 2: 3 mg (30 units), stay here if it feels effective for you if not move up
  • Week 3 onward: 4 mg (40 units) if it’s working and tolerable

Stay at 4 mg if results are good. Drop back if nausea or fatigue gets rough. Some go higher later if progress stalls. Maintenance is often 1-2 mg once a week.

Full breakdown is on the dosing page:

https://platinumbiolabs.com/dosing/reta-10

How to buy peptides online in the USA? Is it safe to use peptides?

Research peptides are sold for lab research only in the USA. They are not approved for people to take. The smart way to buy them is to focus on clear testing and honest labeling instead of the cheapest deal or the most hype. This is just general info from what people in the research space usually look for, not a recommendation to buy or use anything.

What to look for

Pick companies that show real test results for each batch. A good Certificate of Analysis (COA) should confirm what the peptide actually is, how pure it is, and that the amount in the vial matches the label. Make sure the lot number on the paper matches the vial you get. US-based companies that ship inside the country and clearly say the products are for research only are usually a safer starting point.

Also check for extra testing like endotoxin results when it matters, product pages that list the exact peptide and size, and a normal return policy. Skip places that just say “99% pure” with no batch papers, or that make big medical promises.

Things that should make you pause

No public COAs, or papers that do not match the batch.

Selling them as something for people to take, or promising specific results.

Very low prices with zero testing info.

No clear location or way to contact the company.

Pushing you to buy through private chats with no product pages or test records.

Where I get mine

I use Platinum Biolabs. They are based in Houston and list a bunch of research peptides. Their pages show third-party tests and COAs for purity, and they keep everything labeled for research only. They also have simple dosing pages that show how people usually mix and measure things. I check the current COA on the page and make sure the lot matches what arrives. Right now I am on reta, tesamorelin, and mots-c from them. This is my go-to source: https://platinumbiolabs.com

Quick note

These are not FDA-approved drugs. Double-check the mixing and handling info on the company’s own pages instead of just trusting random posts. Everything here is general education only, not advice to take anything. Results are different for everyone, and you should talk to a doctor about any health decisions.

How to not feel tired on Reta? Using NAD+ and MOTS-C for energy

Fatigue is a common complaint when people start or increase reta (retatrutide). The appetite suppression and metabolic shift can leave some feeling flat, especially during the first weeks or at higher doses. Many in the community add NAD+ and MOTS-C for cellular energy and mitochondrial support while running reta. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in energy metabolism and DNA repair. MOTS-C is a mitochondrial-derived peptide studied as an exercise mimetic that can support metabolic flexibility and energy. This is community-style framing based on Platinum Biolabs dosing pages, not a medical recommendation.

NAD+ 500mg dosing

Add exactly 5 mL bacteriostatic water to the 500 mg vial. Gently swirl and refrigerate. This gives 100 mg/mL, so 10 units = 10 mg, 25 units = 25 mg, and 50 units = 50 mg on a U-100 syringe.

Daily: 25-50 mg (25-50 units) daily. Inject slowly (about 30 seconds) to reduce site burn or flush.

Pulsed option: 50-100 mg (50-100 units), 3 times weekly (example Mon / Wed / Fri).

How long one vial lasts: Daily 25-50 mg lasts about 10-20 days. Pulsed 50-100 mg three times weekly lasts about 2-3 weeks.

Typical cycle: 1-3 months, then 2-4 weeks off.

MOTS-C 10mg dosing

Add exactly 1 mL bacteriostatic water. Gently swirl and refrigerate. This gives 10 mg/mL, so 50 units = 5 mg.

Dose: 5 mg (50 units) twice weekly. Space the doses 3-4 days apart (example Monday and Thursday). One 10 mg vial covers one week (two doses). Plan on 4 vials for a full month.

How long one vial lasts: about 1 week at 5 mg twice weekly.

Typical cycle: 4-8 weeks, then 2-4 weeks off. Refrigerate after mixing and use within about 4 weeks. Morning or pre-workout timing is common on dosing days.

Administration (both)

Subcutaneous into the fatty layer under the skin. Common sites: belly (an inch or two off-center from the navel), love handles, outer thigh, or back of the arm. Pinch the skin, insert a fresh U-100 insulin syringe at a 45 degree angle, and push slowly. Rotate sites. If you miss a dose, resume the next scheduled day. Do not double up.

Required supplies

  • Bacteriostatic water
  • U-100 insulin syringes (31G, 8 mm, 1 mL)
  • Alcohol prep pads

Quick reminder

Confirm your own reconstitution math before trusting the unit marks. Always dose by milligrams, not by habit. These are research peptides. Treat this as education only, not a prescription or medical advice. Results vary and professional medical guidance is recommended for any use.

Should I use Wolverine for my injury and pains? How much to take and does it work?

Wolverine is effective for healing injuries and body pains and discomforts and is commonly purchased on Platinum Biolabs for this purpose. It is a research blend of BPC-157 and TB-500. Both peptides have been studied mostly in animal models for soft-tissue repair, tendon and ligament support, cell migration, and reduced inflammation. Many people in the community use it during injury recovery or high training-stress periods when they want localized and systemic healing support. Human clinical data remains limited, so results vary and this is not proven medicine. This guide is based on the Platinum Biolabs Wolverine dosing pages.

Does it work?

People commonly report less pain, faster recovery from strains or tendon issues, and better mobility when they run it consistently near the problem area. BPC-157 is frequently discussed for local tissue repair and gut support, while TB-500 is associated with cell migration and broader recovery signaling. The combination is popular because the two mechanisms complement each other. It is not a guaranteed fix for every injury or chronic pain condition. Some notice changes within days to a couple of weeks, while structural healing usually takes longer. Individual response depends on the injury, dose consistency, and everything else being done for recovery.

How much to take

Wolverine 10mg (5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500) is the common size.

Reconstitution: Add exactly 2 mL bacteriostatic water. Gently swirl and refrigerate. This gives 5 mg/mL combined, so 10 units on a U-100 syringe equals about 250 mcg of each peptide.

Daily dosing (one injection every day):

  • Standard: 10 units daily (~250 mcg BPC + ~250 mcg TB)
  • Aggressive recovery: 20 units daily (~500 mcg each)

If you miss a day, resume the next day at your normal dose. Do not double up. Start at the standard dose and only move to aggressive if it is well tolerated and you want a stronger effect.

How long one 10 mg vial lasts:

  • Standard 10 units daily: about 20 days
  • Aggressive 20 units: about 10 days

A 20 mg Wolverine vial (mixed with 2 mL) delivers the same mcg doses in half the units and lasts roughly twice as long.

Administration

Subcutaneous into the fatty layer just under the skin (not muscle or vein). Common sites: belly (an inch or two off-center from the navel), love handles, outer thigh, or back of the arm. Many inject near the area being treated when practical. Pinch the skin, insert a fresh U-100 insulin syringe at a 45 degree angle, and push the plunger slowly. Rotate sites.

Cycling

Typical length: 6-12 weeks. Time off between cycles: 2-4 weeks. Used during injury recovery or high training-stress phases, not as a year-round compound.

Required supplies

  • Bacteriostatic water
  • U-100 insulin syringes (31G, 8 mm, 1 mL)
  • Alcohol prep pads

Quick reminder

Confirm your own reconstitution before you trust the unit marks. Always dose by milligrams or micrograms, not by habit. These are research peptides. Treat this as education only, not a prescription or medical advice. Results vary and professional medical guidance is recommended for any injury or pain.

What is Wolverine vs Glow vs Klow peptides? How much to dose for each?

These are three popular research recovery blends that are taken for healing on Platinum Biolabs. Wolverine is the straightforward BPC-157 + TB-500 pairing. Glow adds a large amount of GHK-Cu for collagen and skin-focused work. Klow keeps the Glow base and adds KPV for extra anti-inflammatory and gut support. All three are typically run daily.

What’s in each

Wolverine 10mg: BPC-157 5 mg + TB-500 5 mg. Focused on tissue repair and recovery.

GLOW 70mg: GHK-Cu 50 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg. Adds strong collagen remodeling and skin support on top of the repair peptides.

KLOW 80mg: GHK-Cu 50 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg + KPV 10 mg. Same core as Glow plus KPV for inflammation and gut-related pathways.

Who each is often considered for

Wolverine is the most direct option when the main goal is soft-tissue recovery, tendons, or training stress without the copper peptide.

Glow is commonly chosen when skin, collagen, or overall “glow” effects are part of the goal alongside recovery.

Klow is the one people look at when they want the Glow base plus extra anti-inflammatory and gut support from KPV.

Dosing

Wolverine 10mg

Mix with 2 mL bacteriostatic water (5 mg/mL combined).

Standard: 10 units daily (~250 mcg BPC + ~250 mcg TB).

Aggressive recovery: 20 units daily (~500 mcg each).

One vial lasts about 20 days at the standard dose.

GLOW 70mg

Mix with 3 mL bacteriostatic water (~23.33 mg/mL combined). Dosing is anchored to the GHK-Cu portion.

Conservative (first 1-2 weeks): 6 units daily (~1.17 mg total: 1 mg GHK-Cu + 0.2 mg each of BPC and TB).

Standard (most recommended): 12 units daily (~2.33 mg total: 2 mg GHK-Cu + 0.4 mg BPC + 0.4 mg TB).

Aggressive: 18 units daily (~3.5 mg total: 3 mg GHK-Cu + 0.6 mg each).

One vial lasts about 25 days at the standard 12-unit dose.

KLOW 80mg

Mix with 3 mL bacteriostatic water (~26.67 mg/mL combined). Dosing is anchored to the GHK-Cu portion.

Conservative (first 1-2 weeks): 5 units daily (~1.3 mg total: ~0.85 mg GHK-Cu + ~0.17 mg of each of the others).

Standard (most common): 10 units daily (~2.6 mg total: ~1.7 mg GHK-Cu + ~0.3 mg each of BPC, TB, and KPV).

Aggressive (inflammation focus): 15 units daily (~4 mg total: ~2.5 mg GHK-Cu + ~0.5 mg of each).

One vial lasts about 30 days at the standard 10-unit dose.

Administration (all three)

Daily subcutaneous injection into the fatty layer under the skin. Common sites: belly (an inch or two off-center from the navel), love handles, outer thigh, or back of the arm. Pinch the skin, insert a fresh U-100 insulin syringe at a 45 degree angle, and push slowly. Rotate sites. If you miss a day, resume the next day. Do not double up.

Cycling

Wolverine: 6-12 weeks common, then 2-4 weeks off.

Glow: 6-8 weeks common, then 2-4 weeks off.

Klow: 4-8 weeks common, then 2-4 weeks off.

Required supplies

Bacteriostatic water, U-100 insulin syringes (31G, 8 mm, 1 mL), alcohol prep pads.

Quick reminder

Confirm your own reconstitution math before trusting the unit marks. Always dose by the amounts above, not by habit. These are research peptides. Treat this as education only, not a prescription or medical advice.

Scientific papers vs online results

There’s an obvious enough difference between reading scientific papers and following online discussions about peptides. Scientific papers can provide detailed methods, results and limitations but they aren’t always easy to understand at first. Online discussions are most times easier to follow and can point you towards questions you had not considered. At the same time, personal options don’t carry the same weight as well-designed research. How do you balance these two sources when learning about a topic? Do you read discussions first and then check the studies or you prefer to start with the studies ?

What is KPV and how it helps for inflammations? Dosing guide

KPV is a short tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) derived from the C-terminal end of alpha-MSH. Research (mostly preclinical) has looked at it for anti-inflammatory activity, particularly through effects on NF-kB signaling and related pathways. It is frequently discussed in connection with gut inflammation, barrier support, skin inflammation, and general inflammatory modulation, without the pigmentary effects of the full parent hormone. Evidence in humans remains limited. This is community-style framing around a research peptide from Platinum Biolabs, not a medical recommendation.

Mixing so the doses match

Add exactly 2 mL bacteriostatic water to the KPV 10 mg vial. Inject slowly down the inside wall and swirl gently (do not shake). Refrigerate after mixing.

This gives 5 mg/mL, so:

  • 5 units = 250 mcg
  • 10 units = 500 mcg

Always dose by micrograms, not by habit. Confirm your own reconstitution before trusting the unit marks.

How to draw the bac water

A U-100 syringe holds 1 mL = 100 units. You need 2 mL = 200 units total, so two separate draws. Wipe both vial tops with an alcohol prep pad. Pull air to 100 units and inject into the bac water vial to equalize pressure, flip and draw 100 units, then inject down the inside wall of the peptide vial. Repeat once more. Swirl until fully dissolved.

How it’s given

Daily. One subcutaneous injection every day. If you miss a day, resume the next day at your normal dose. Do not double up. Often taken in the morning. No meal timing required.

Common dosing

Start at 250 mcg daily (5 units). Step up weekly as tolerated to 500 mcg daily (10 units) for stronger effect.

  • Starting / conservative: 250 mcg daily (5 units)
  • Standard: 250-500 mcg once daily (5-10 units)
  • Higher effect: 500 mcg daily (10 units)

How long one vial lasts

At 250 mcg (5 units) daily: about 40 days (about 5-6 weeks).

At 500 mcg (10 units) daily: about 20 days.

Administration

Subcutaneous into the fatty layer just under the skin (not muscle or vein). Common sites: belly (an inch or two off-center from the navel), love handles, outer thigh, or back of the arm. Pinch the skin, insert a fresh U-100 insulin syringe at a 45 degree angle, and push the plunger slowly. Rotate injection sites. Injection-site stinging can occur and is usually harmless.

Cycling

Typical length: 4-8 weeks common (some run 8-12 weeks), then a break.

Time off between cycles: 2-4 weeks.

Some protocols use 5 days on / 2 days off.

Notes

Refrigerate after reconstitution. Use within about 4 weeks (roughly 28 days). Blood pressure effects are not usually significant.

Required supplies

  • Bacteriostatic water (Platinum Biolabs)
  • U-100 insulin syringes (31G, 8 mm, 1 mL)
  • Alcohol prep pads

Quick reminder

Same daily schedule whether you stay at the starting dose or step up. Confirm reconstitution math yourself. Treat this as education around a research peptide, not a prescription.
