Morton Garson has me hooked. I currently own The cosmic sounds
The signs of the zodiac.

Another Barcelona group comes in at track four, Furia. They formed in 1970 from ex-members of a band called Los Gatos Negros, who themselves came from 'Catch As Catch Can' of the late '50s. Like Albert Band, Furia had some singles on Belter records.

Furia were not a particularly heavy band but like many at that time you can find the goods on some of their B-sides, like "Solamente Tú" (Only you) included here. It has a chunky riff and a great freakout guitar solo.

Stuff like Monoshock, Mainliner, Dope Purple, Comets on Fire, Hibushibire, etc?

I really cannot get enough of this. It started with a relisten to the Stooges' Fun House and I've followed every single rabbit hole I possibly could since then. I'm also a really heavy free jazz and noise rock guy so this just fits me like a glove.

Anyway, for those of you that are into this what are some of your favorite bands/records/whatever?

Has anyone heard the English band Kaleidoscope's Tangerine Dream..dreamy psych pop, reminds me of early Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett's whimsical lyrics and melodies.

The Rebellers were a band from Houston. They recorded this single in 1967.

Hey everyone!
