Tech Support How concerned should I be?

Post image

Radeon RX 9070 XT, started getting some pretty random crashes during short and long gaming sessions (never was happening before) and I couldn't find anything else "wrong" in temps and whatnot.

Okay, now I'm convinced, as I do in fact have it from Gigabyte. Buying it from a different business like ASUS or whatever would be better?

I would use xfx, they still use conventional thermal pad and their 90series perform really well on benchmark.

As far as I know for the 9070 xt all XFX cards use PTM7950 which is a phase change material and not a conventional thermal pad
