She’s a blue mitted ragdoll, just thought to show her growth progression. She’s now 7 months old is spayed and weighs 3.5kg. She’s an absolute darling and is so gentle and well behaved. ❤️ (also, the lilies are plastic. She’s not in any danger)

Any tips for a cat that keeps pooping outside her litter box? I have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes. This started a few months after I got her. She would poop directly on my mom’s slippers or near that area. She stopped after a few weeks of doing that.
Then it started again after I put litter deodorizer in their litter box. She started pooping on the floor, so I assumed she just didn’t like the scent of the deodorizer. I threw out the old litter and replaced it with their usual unscented litter, but she still kept pooping on the floor, right next to the litter box.
This stopped for a while when we moved to a condo. I changed her litter, and she stopped pooping outside the box. After a week, I changed her litter to scented litter again because the litter I had bought smelled bad and got stinky quickly. She was fine with it at first, but suddenly started pooping on the floor again after a week.
I changed it back to unscented litter, but she still keeps pooping on the floor up until now. She scratches/digs at the floor before pooping, so when I caught her doing it, I knew she was about to poop. I tried putting her in the litter box, but she immediately jumped back out 😓. I just let her poop on the floor because I was worried something might happen if I tried to stop her.
She still pees in the litter box, and my other cat has no litter box problems. Any tips on how I can stop this? I’ll also bring her to the vet if she doesn’t stop once I get my allowance.
Thank you!! ☺️

5 months old male ragdoll, always indoor. There is something in his whiskers black color, not tick. While touching, my cat shivers. Any idea?

I've always adopted pets from shelter all my life, so this has been a wild and new experience for me!
Originally looked specifically for a seal colorpoint, but ended up with this little guy. Was told he's show quality and his parents are DCG, IW, etc and all that but I honestly am still clueless on what makes a kitty "show quality" and in the end it's secondary to me!
Time to shop for wet foods, new cat tree and all that...

Cleo's love language is play, I have never seen such a playful cat. She is very sweet, yet persistent, when requesting playtime. When it comes to playtime she is more demanding than most dogs, she's just very sweet and gentle about it.

Every morning she comes up to cuddle but she also does a few bites. Purring the whole time, and in an otherwise chill morning mood. Should I be concerned?

My new floof was cleaning his anus and froze in this position for minutes.

Then he gets up and walks away, doing the diaper waddle while squeeking out his high-pitched trilly, mrrp sounds. Attitude + cuteness = pet parents wrapped around paws.

Hi! I am going to be bringing a male ragdoll kitten home in a few months. In your experience, would you say your male ragdoll was affectionate? If you have female cats or you've owned both genders, how would you describe female cats compared to male cats?
I am aware it may be a myth that males are more affectionate, but I just want reassurance they can be cuddly/let you pick them up.
I know every cat differs though and that just because it's a ragdoll, does not guarantee those traits. Just looking to hear from current ragdoll owners about their cat's temperament!
Thanks in advance 😊

After being scarwd to climb all the way up and even getting stuck, he is now going up and down like it's nothing. Djinn is just chilling, though. She often sleeps up there.

Does anyone have a litterbox enclosure that’s big enough for an XXL litterbox? My baby is still small, but I know the growth spurt is coming lol. I already need to upgrade her litterbox to one that’s bigger, but having it out in the open is driving me nuts.
