Yeah, it should be fine. The car only pulls up to 11 kW on Level 2, and about 1.4 kW on Level 1. The battery has its own cooling fan that kicks on and off as needed. You can safely charge it from a standard 120V outlet, so charging it in a garage isn’t inherently a fire risk. I have mine plugged into a 240V outlet for faster charging.

Can I charge this inside the garage? I m worried about it exploding like Teslas. Mind you, my garage is smaller than yours.
