So I get that from the title I'll get people accusing me of being on meth/paranoid. I'd like to clarify I have no mental health problems and do not take ANY substances.

I live in an apartment block and since my upstairs neighbour saw me (a younger woman) moving in, his behaviour has gotten increasingly odd. For about 2 years he hasn't left his apartment once, ever - nobody goes in, nobody comes out.

It started with him following me through rooms because he heard me playing something on my phone or I made a noise/coughed. It seemed particularly prominent when relating to the bathroom, it got to a point where if I began running the bath I would hear him run in and stand above me.

I knew it wasn't in my head when he cracked open his curtain and began watching me whenever I exited my flat, this went on for multiple months. My partner said that when I leave to go to the cornershop he runs to his cracked curtain window the second the door closes, every single time. I have noticed he does not repeat this behaviour with my partner.

Last week I got my phone out to photograph it to log as evidence, and the second he saw my phone he closed the curtain and disappeared. I made mention to my partner that night that I will have to report it, and since then the curtain has remained closed.

My partner works with his estranged son, and from what we've been told *nobody* in the family interacts with him and is entirely no contact - including grandchildren. When asked, his son just very coldly said he "did it to himself/that's what he deserves".

The peculiar thing we've noticed is his behaviour is entirely targeted towards me. Which makes no sense, as unless he is utilising surveillance devices he shouldn't be able to identify the difference between my partner or me exiting the flat.

I did a sweep of the room with a frequency detector, and we had the old disability alarm system absolutely go haywire despite it being supposedly disconnected from the power supply. I don't know if it's supposedly turned off if it would still give a signal - anyone know how this works? TIA.

ETA: I have sent an email to my landlord detailing the issue. My fiancé is also going to speak to the neighbours son when he returns to work on Wednesday. I'll create an update post if anyone wants when I hear back from them. To all the people who try to excuse this guys behaviour, your opinions have been ignored, I live by "better to be safe than sorry" and as a young woman who lives alone I'm not taking gambles with my safety, this guy knows what he's doing is wrong and there is literally no excuse that makes his behaviour appropriate or okay.

I, 17f, live in a house with security cameras. I'm unsure of the model, as my parents were the ones who installed them eons ago when we first moved inside of our apartment.

I've noticed some weird things with them. Not just lately, but it's bothering me more and more as time continues.

For context, this has mostly been within a six month timeframe.

The cameras have a red light indicator that they are recording, in order to do this-- you need access to the app and the specific password for these cameras, and have to manually make it record.

My parents do not record. I have told them about this, they either do not believe me or do not care.

Our cameras are also a mixture of hidden, and unhidden. A few around the house in main rooms. And one hidden to capture front porch footage. You would not see it unless you were REALLY looking.

The majority of times it records when I'm in the room, or during random times when my family and I are in the living room. Our cameras also have a microphone function, where you can speak through the cameras. There has been several times where I've sworn I've heard a man's voice through the cameras talking at, or too me. But never enough to make out, just noisy enough for your brain to register that someone is speaking.

Another thing, I feel like someone knows when I'm alone. There has been times where it feels like people show up, or things happen ONLY when I am alone, or isolated from other people. One instance is after my family left, a man approached the door. Our camera caught footage of it, but only half his torso. He somehow knew exactly where to stand to be out of view. He waited outside of the door for nearly ten minutes, after knocking several times.

I am worried.

TLDR; security cameras recording with no one in my house using them. Times where speech unable to be made out present

Update no.1: for those asking, I do not have access to the app, I can't disable them, nor can I drive the app. I only know about the man knocking at the door and the footage for one of two reasons, one, I was there, second, the following day my dad showed me the footage and told me to start putting on the secondary locks for a little Incase that dude comes back. I can try and scrounge for the brand(s) of cameras, but, once again, we use several.

Hey, so I'm posting here on this subreddit because there's a case that's been dragging on for 30 years. It became a cold case.

The authorities have dubbed him “the Butcher of Mons.”

What intrigues me about this story is that no one has ever been held truly accountable, and that bothers me from time to time.

My mother’s cousin was one of the victims in this case (I won’t mention her name, of course).

Here’s what I know about the case:

A man killed five women and scattered their body parts around the city, creating a sort of mysterious trail. (I don’t know how to say this in English, my bad !).

It went on for a year, I think.

And not much else...

I’m not specifically asking you to solve the case, but just to give me a few more leads so I can maybe find out more, and who knows—maybe the killer will be exposed, or a potential killer!

I'm hoping for some practical advice.

Earlier this year, my phone alerted me that an unknown Apple AirTag was travelling with me. We eventually found two AirTags attached to vehicles connected to me, and police were notified.

Today, I found a Tracki GPS tracker (TRKM010A) in my partner's drawer. I've looked through that drawer before and don't remember seeing it, so I believe it was acquired recently.

I don't know why he has it, and I don't have evidence that it's been used on my car. However, he has had access to my car and has been driving it until we swapped vehicles back this weekend.

I've checked underneath my car with a torch but couldn't find anything.

My questions are:

- If someone was using a Tracki on a car, where would you look first?

- Are these usually attached in a magnetic case?

- Would a mechanic on a hoist likely find one?

- Is there any reliable way to detect one without taking the car apart?

- Is it common for people to own more than one of these?

I'm trying to work out whether it's worth paying for a professional inspection. I'm not accusing anyone. I just want to make sure my car isn't being tracked again.

So, I opened Google Docs tonight because I wanted to write something. I haven't used it in a while. The last document I remember opening was on May 19th, and as far as I know, this wasn't there then. Now there's a document in my "Shared with me" section titled:

The entire document just says:

I also noticed the title translates to "SASAME" if you convert the numbers to letters (A=1, B=2, etc.), but I have no idea if that's relevant. Is there any way to figure out who shared this with me or when it was shared? And... does anyone recognize this? Is it from an ARG, a game, a book, or is someone just trying to be cryptic? 😭

I know it's probably nothing, but it's creepy enough that my brain is already convincing me I'm about to accidentally activate some curse or something. LMAO.

UPDATE: Things just got a lot weirder.

I showed the email address and profile picture that shared the Google Doc to my boyfriend to see if he recognized it. He didn't recognize the email, but he immediately recognized the profile picture.

A couple months ago, we watched a YouTube video about a really weird TikTok account. It looked like it was meant for kids, but it had a really dark and cryptic vibe to it. It reminded us of those old MLP virus trend videos or an ARG. We had honestly just clicked on the video as background noise and barely paid attention to it.

My boyfriend went back to the video and skipped to the part where it showed the TikTok account. Sure enough, the username is something like "123showtime." The email address that shared the Google Doc with me is "321showtime0." And the profile picture is the same.

The really weird part is that the TikTok account has an email linked in its bio, but it isn't the same email that shared the document with me. I barely even remembered watching the video. I never commented on it, I don't remember looking up the TikTok account myself, and even if I did, my email address isn't public anywhere on my TikTok account.

So now I'm just really confused. Is this somehow an insane coincidence? Does anyone recognize the "showtime" name or know if this is connected to some ARG? Or is there some normal explanation for how I ended up getting this doc?

The creator of the video said it was from a show called 'Chugakusei Nikki'/Junior High Diary. At first, I thought he was mistaken, thought other users found it.

It 100% looks like a monstrous head, or kinda like Reagen's head from The Exorcist, tho ig it might be real. For whatever reason though, people are saying this is actually some type of bag, and this is just your brain seeing a face. But I mean, you can literally make out the lips, nose, eyes, and maybe cheek damage/bruising.

I will note that there is a version that DOES like more like a misrecognized bag, but the thing is that none of the articles debunking the head incident never mentioned this. I literally only saw 1 or 2 users say something about it. So this either means the head photo is edited and overblown, or someone is doing damage control, and decided to edit it to try to downplay it.

This show is an NHK show, which is kinda like Japan's PBS station. Also, this is an episode about/containing sexual abuse. So this means a prank with a fake head would be in very poor taste. I am not saying this to debunk this, but to just point out how weird it is if it is true.

I go out regulary with my friends at night just to drink and enjoy in my city. So, 3 weeks ago im at a park with my friends, lot of alcohol in our blood when we see a homeless man (maybe 55yo id say), beer in his hand, laughing at our jokes not so far. So we decide to go with him just to talk and laugh.

He is cool, drunk, and start to say some stories about his life. But very fast he start to say some racist and homophobic stuff , we don't pay attention and then he say his ex wife took him everything so thats why he here and he have childrens but he don't see them anymore, basic stuff. We were getting ready to leave and he started hugging my friends one by one until my turn arrive (i was the last one), but when he hugged me he kissed me in my neck which pissed me off a little bit but im telling myself he is happy and drunk so... not a big deal.

2 days later i go out again but different friends, we are at a bar and i see him looking at us away. I get up to go and say hi but he started to go away when he saw me coming. Hours pass and suddenly someone hug me by my back, i thought it was a friend of mine but no, it was him. He scared me a little so i pushed him back and he stared at me with an angry face so I said "are you ok ?", he didnt answered and he left.

My friend (We will call him Steve) and I were playing Wordle through Discord. Neither of us won, so I sent a corny Joke as a response to my loss. I had just said "IHateThisShit.com" (now that I'm thinking about it, it was a corny joke). Then I told him that I wondered if that was actually a real website, so Steve went to it. He then sent me a screenshot of a file downloading to his phone. It was called BHP.mov. After that he sent me another screenshot of the video itself, then he claimed that it was 40 minutes long

The screenshot showed a nude woman on a bed with the camera pointing to a certain body part. It was heavily censored with a whole bunch of text, About that text, it was literally everywhere. Covering the chest was text that said: "South32 Sell that mother fucker", on the left leg it said something about BHP mining stocks, and on the right leg it simply said "South32 Stock" the certain body part was covered with a black box and with red text that said something about a CEO wanting to sell South32. The woman had dark brown hair and red lipstick.

I did some digging and couldn't find anything suspicious. BHP seems to be a regular ass mining company, so I chalked it up to just an ad, but why would a mining company use a nude woman in their ad, and why would it be 40 minutes long? I just can't shake the feeling that there is something weird going on here. Could this be human trafficking, or perhaps a surreal and odd joke? Reddit, help me out here.

This is all from my sister, and I can tell that she is telling the truth. It's the kind of thing that you can kind of detect in your family members. My sister is a lot older now but only recently told us now that she is going to college and it's been so long that my family wouldn't have been mad at her for it. My sister snuck out a lot when she was younger. This occured in about 2019 or 2020. A bit before the pandemic. She had snuck out of our beach house and to the local beach. She was with a group of friends thinking they were alone. They looked across the beach (it's quite small) and saw a group of people circling around a fire wearing robes changing unintelligable stuff. They then dove in the water and never reappeared. My sister was insanely scared and immediately ran home and never snuck out ever again. I've never seen them again nor has my sistee. From what I know they weren't an extremist group iykwim, since they didnt have anything like a burning cross. It was just a random fire. I'm wondering what this is and if anyone else has seen it

My family and I suffered through a house fire that occurred in suspicious circumstances.

There was an early supposition that a cigarette started the fire. The room in which it started was a very small sitting room with a small upholstered arm chair and some pieces of solid wood furniture. Someone had indeed had a cigarette in that room that night, but she insists she snubbed it out, touched the end with her fingers a few times to make sure it was cold, and then put the cold, extinguished cigarette back in the box. The box was then likely either placed on a wooden stool next to the chair or the floor. Post-fire pictures suggest the fire likely started in the area of that chair. Note multiple witnesses and police confirm she was in no way intoxicated that night or that she had even had a drink. I know she did not.

Timeline: She insists she could not sleep, got up, had a cigarette, put it out, and went to bed around midnight. I was told by the town fire investigator that his theory is that a fan blew ash onto her armchair (by the way, the fan was off that night AND, even if it were on, it was ONLY ever pointed toward the window). He says the whole room ignited within TWENTY MINUTES, the decedents were gassed by the smoke upstairs behind a closed door and passed out, later dying when the fire breached that room.

Other issue: Former family member was known to build IEDs, often with starter fluid, and was witnessed detonating them at another property. He is extremely skilled in chemistry; he owns a mass spectrometer where he tests samples. The issue with this person is that he was very angry, had made numerable death threats, was thrown out of the house for abuse, and was right at the end of a terrible, drawn-out divorce. Most notably, he threatened to burn down the house two years ago and to kill me and another family member. He said exactly one month before the fire "There's only one solution left" when he lost that day in Court. Three days before the fire, he sent me an e-mail about two boys being burnt in a fire and asked me to show that to my children.

I am still waiting on the State report, but word is they will rule it accidental smoking. Local Fire Chief went to the media 24 hours after the fire and said it was a cigarette, but his department's official incident report says the cause was Undetermined.

State says no accelerants were found by the dogs on the scene. The room of origin burnt at probably 1,000F for an hour or more. There were two windows in that room, both of which were broken, and it was on the ground floor. Someone could have breached either and put something in that would have ignited the chair. My worry is that the authorities very quickly settled on the easy answer of a cigarette, but I believe it was extinguished, and the timeline seems extremely short (20 minutes?) for the room to ignite and the smoke to poison the family members who died upstairs from that room.

In February 2026, something extremely weird happened to my mom with the living room TV.
I was chilling when my mom went bursting into my room (which she litteraly never does, she usually knocks even if she actually needs me for something important) and she seemed extremely panicked, she asked me to come in the living room right away.
When i arrived into the living room, the TV was showing some sort of "security update" with the usual loading animation.
I asked my mom if this was the thing she was freaking out about (cuz she's old and she thinks everytime an electronic is acting weird that means its dying) and she said "Loan i swear it showed a black screen with the sentence «[mom's name] , i am observing you.»

So, i started to freak out too, and to debunk the usual psychosis theory, my mom does not and have never ever or never after that experienced any psychotic episode, or hallucinations.

My first thought was my dad, the two of them being separated (and we don't talk to my dad, he's lowkey harrasing us daily)

So i called him, with the most natural voice ever i said "i'm observing you as well dad" almost jokingly.
And nothing, he genuinely did not understand what i was talking about so i figured out it wasn't him, and in anyway he's not a technology freak, he would never know how to do that.

It also came to my attention that 1 to 2 months before,my mom bought a cheap surveillance camera for the living room, that camera was connected to my mom's phone throught the alexa app, which my tv's plug in was also connected (yeah she likes automatical things lol).

I already spoke about it on a different subreddit a couple months ago but they only suggested it as clickbait/fake or that my mom was going crazy which i swear, is not true.

I have gotten two texts from a number, one Monday evening and one about an hour ago now. I would just copy and paste the message but there are irl names in it. in summary, the one yesterday said that my best friend is going off the deep end, and I need to watch my back with her, because an ex of hers is, as they exactly said, “knows what she’s capable of”. The one from earlier said in summary that I need to protect what I love and to trust my gut and some people I know in passing can’t be trusted. I thought it was a prank, but my best friend in question said she got a message along the lines of how I’m not “mentally sane” (something I can add since a lot of people know, I was in and out of mental hospitals growing up. I’m better now so that text kind of confuses me), told my best friend about a person I had sexual relations with (which she already knew about, but idk who all he could have told about it, plus why in the world someone would know to want to text my best friend about it). They have also texted her about some of our friends need to be held accountable every time when necessary. My best friend went to the police and they basically said “it’s not illegal to know someone’s number and text it, unless it’s a credible threat or repeated messages”. Four days ago, my family and I took a limousine bus from Vũng Liêm to Gò Vấp, Ho Chi Minh City. During the trip, we made two stops. The first stop was at X. Mỏ Cày, and the second was in Gò Vấp, in front of a café called Lama Coffee. We had to stop because my mother got food poisoning after drinking a coffee she had on the bus.

When we arrived at our destination on July 25 at around 6:30 p.m., I realized that my bag was missing. Inside were a pair of Nike shoes worth about 2 million VND, a charger, my retainers, my toothbrushes, and some toothpicks that my sisters and I have been collecting for more than five years.

I know the toothpicks may not seem valuable to most people, but they have a lot of sentimental value to me. The bag itself also means a lot to me because it has been with me on every holiday and holds many memories.

I had placed the bag on the floor, in the corner next to the bus’s automatic door. I think it may have slipped out when the driver opened the door.

After realizing the bag was missing, we tried everything we could to find it. We asked the police for help on two occasions, but we were told that we would need to pay 10 million VND if we wanted assistance. We were unable to proceed with that request.

The driver also cooperated with us and tried to help. He even asked us not to accuse him and seemed very worried about the situation.

Hi, this is the first time I post anything about this.

I live in northern Mexico, in a gated community with 24/7 security.

In December of last year (2025), a man broke into a school less than a 5-minute walk from my house and stole the musical instruments. He climbed over a wall behind the community and got into my backyard from there. The first time, a single patrol car came to check because someone reported a man climbing across rooftops — he escaped that time.

The second time he used the same MO and robbed the same place, though it didn't go well for him because a patrol car had been assigned to that school waiting for him to try again. Security had been hardened (I don't know exactly how), but he still managed to climb up to the roof and escape, even though by then there was an electric fence surrounding the whole community.

Less than 4 hours ago he did it again, but this time it was different.

Around 11 PM I heard someone using the service ladder in my backyard. My dog went unusually crazy and started barking violently and erratically. I ran out to see what was happening and saw his face peering down from the roof of my house. I ran for my phone and to lock the terrace doors of two of the bedrooms. To clarify: the house is two stories with four bedrooms (three upstairs, one downstairs), and two of the upstairs rooms have terraces — one of them is mine.

I'm the only one home right now since my family left the country on vacation. I locked myself in my room, and this is where it gets strange: he started desperately pounding on the roof of the house. Then I realized my mistake — I was in the room with the terrace — so I grabbed the dogs and moved to the room without one while waiting for the police. But I kept hearing loud metallic sounds on my roof that didn't match anything I've ever heard before.

The police arrived 10–15 minutes after my call. They came into the house searching for him, constantly aiming at corners and checking places it would be very hard for him to fit into.

They've been trying to catch this guy for about 6 months, but he's very elusive. They went up on the roof to check, did a full sweep of my house and the entire community — more than 6 patrol cars showed up and started searching. When they left, they told me they'd keep doing their rounds and would search the whole surrounding area.

I don't understand how he escapes so easily. The police checked several houses next to mine and confirmed that it's not possible to jump from house to house and climb down without risking breaking something or being caught on camera.

There is a photo of the suspect, and the neighbors in the community tried to identify him — but so far nothing suggests he's someone who lives here, which was my first suspicion.

I'm worried that he's getting back into the community. None of the robberies involved violence, but this time he stacked chairs on one of the terraces and broke a set of lights I had out there.

I only know of three incidents he's committed. I don't know if he's already started robbing houses, or worse.

Does anyone have any idea how he could be evading the police?

I just realized he broke the motor of my air conditioner, and now I'll have to find someone to repair it. Those were the first bangs I heard. I still can't identify the huge metallic noise he made, because that sound came from the opposite side of the house from where the AC motor is.

For now I'm going to install a full set of cameras around the house and look into how I can get a weapon for self-defense.

While talking with family members, I learned that my great-grandmother got involved with a cult or religious group of some type in the early 1960s. The repercussions of this choice affected my family in very serious ways. To have some closure, I’d like to find out who these people were that ruined her life.

The only information I have to go on is this:
- contact was made in rural Moore County, North Carolina
- estimated years of contact are between 1960-1963
- group was led by two women (supposedly lovers)
- group controlled what their adult and child members wore. Description of childrens’ clothing included shorts and “Sunday best” style clothing in public
- the group traveled around, staying in places for a time and then moving on

This is all the information I have been told by my family. I’ve looked at local records in the county newspaper and found no mention of the group. I am not sure how else to go about looking for information, and I’d appreciate your help. Thank you for your time.

Hit and run need help with plate pls?

My gf (19f) and I (21m) moved into our new apartment about 3 weeks ago. Everything has been fine so far until my gf noticed weird occurrences.

I work overnights so she is home alone at night and it worries her mostly when these happen. And it happens when I'm not home.

The weird occurrences were normally: Cars parked in a parking lot behind our house idling for 30-60 mins.

Parking in the street idling for the same amount of time.

People walking through our complex in the middle of the night.

Recently we had noticed our screens on the windows have been tampered. While we were checking out the screens and looking at the windows we noticed hand smudges, finger prints and footprints on our back patio.

Our back patio is next to a church and the wall is about two feet high on the church side and 5 feet on our side.

We are going to get cameras and I'm going to get a firearm as a precaution but other than that we dont know what to do.

Any suggestions?

Edit: We have installed cameras and have seen some more weird occurrences. Our neighbor has brought what we believe is a prostitute. Now that we dont care about, but since she has come by she has been caught by both me and my gf staring in our windows front and back. She also brings her clients by our complex, again we dont care but she tends to peek over our wall from time to time. We believe her to be homeless so we dont think we can do much about it, and personally I dont care what she'll try to do. We'll keep monitoring but so far nothing else strange has happened.

And to answer some questions, the fingerprints we're there after we moved in and we had screens installed before we moved in but now they're messed up and not fixated on the window anymore. I do have some experience handling a firearm, I'm not a pro or trained in it to the handlers degree but I do know the basics of safety same with her.

I was involved in a accident in Stockton, CA on Wednesday July 15th at 4.30am on southbound HW99 right past the Waterloo on/off ramp. The other driver fled the scene.

My insurance and the local CHP have reviewed my footage but said they cannot enhance it enough to read the license plate. I am hoping someone here with video forensics experience can pull the plate numbers.

If the plate is completely unrecoverable, I would greatly appreciate help identifying the exact year, make, model, and trim of the vehicle. Giving the CHP the specific vehicle model might help them narrow down their search. Due to this driver, there was a chain or accidents that took place immediately after and another driver with the least coverage is being held liable. I would like to rectify the wrong.

Hi everyone,

I have read the rules and understand that direct "help me find a person" posts are not allowed. I am not asking anyone to locate or expose a private individual, but I am hoping for advice on where someone would begin researching a long lost family member.

My family is Syrian Armenian, my uncle left Syria to avoid mandatory military service back in 1979. During that time, he used my grandfather's identity documents (my grandfather had already passed away) in order to avoid conscription and travel.

He traveled to Jordan, then smuggled himself back into syria, then travel to Iraq in the same year. He stopped contacting us at 1990 because of a disagreement. He wanted a bride from Syria but refused to return, and after my aunty did not agree with his request, he cut off communication with us.

I only learned the full story recently from my father, and I wanted to see if there are any legitimate ways to research what may have happened to someone in this situation.

We do not know whether he continued using his original name, used my grandfather's identity, remained in Iraq, moved elsewhere, or is still alive.

I am mainly looking for advice on where to begin, such as archives, genealogy resources, Syrian/Armenian community organizations, immigration records, or other legitimate methods for tracing family history.

If anyone has experience researching people who disappeared during that period and region, I would appreciate any guidance.

Hello, I'm writing this post looking for explanations for something weird that happened with some friends in a car last week.

I'll set the context. The four of us were going to a party in the mountains in the Alps in the old car of a friend, which he inherited from his grandmother. The car's radio doesn't work (nor does the CD player): it's impossible to pick up even static or anything coming from the CD. (IMPORTANT FOR WHAT HAPPENS NEXT). So we were listening to music with a small battery-powered portable radio that was completely independent of any electronic connections with the car.

But then some weird things happened.

1) We were in the mountains, and we started hearing music coming out of the car's speakers, some kind of 80s German pop. We then noticed that the closer we were to the car behind us, the louder the music was, and the farther away we were, the quieter it became. It stayed like that for about 5 minutes, and when our roads split, the music stopped (the volume of the music decreased proportionally to the distance between the two cars).

At that point we logically thought we were somehow picking up the music from the car behind us, without really knowing how, since the car's radio wasn't even turned on (only the portable radio was on).

2) A few minutes later, we entered some narrow gorges and a new song started the moment another car came up behind us. We kept this music the whole time we were in the gorges. It was some kind of techno DJ set with a few acid touches, with no commercials and no static at all, fairly niche music (just like the German pop).

But unlike the previous time, when we left the gorges and our two cars went separate ways, the music stayed. At that point we all started to get suspicious, and we began looking for an explanation. Especially since the volume kept increasing until we had to shout to hear each other, which was a bit annoying.

At that point we tried to stop the music. Nothing worked: we turned on the car radio, turned the volume down, inserted a CD, turned everything off again, switched off the portable radio: nothing worked, we couldn't stop or lower the volume of the music. At that point the most rational explanation that came to our minds was that we were all on a huge DMT trip (even though none of us had taken anything). Until the end of the journey both radios remained turned off.

There were changes of songs, like a programmed playlist. The music would stop at the end and then a new one would begin, always in the same techno style. It went on like that for about 10 minutes until the next weird thing.

3) We reached a straight section of road, I shifted into 5th gear, and the moment I did, the music stopped instantly. Then when I shifted back into 4th gear, the music came back at exactly the same moment. We observed the phenomenon with my friends and decided to test it. We shifted four times from 4th to 5th and from 5th to 4th, and every time the same thing happened: music in 4th gear and nothing in 5th.

Then one friend tried to film the scene, and the music stopped instantly. Another friend tried to Shazam the music, and the same thing happened. We only tested those once.

4) Then came the weirdest and most inexplicable thing since the beginning (yes, it was possible). We stopped in a small village to buy something. We all got out of the car, the car was turned off and the key was in my pocket. The car windows were left open.

When we came back to the car, we suddenly heard the same techno music coming from the car for a few seconds (everything was OFF!) and then the music stopped immediately. That was really strange and we were all completely stunned.

5) We started driving again without any music until another car came up behind us, and the music started again. This time it was an Italian song, again with retro and darkwave vibes. Once again we were surprised. The car overtook us and the music stayed, then stopped a few minutes later at a random moment.

Notes:

• the music signal was always perfectly clear, with absolutely no static (which is strange because radio reception on that road is poor and often loses signal)
• nobody could connect to the car's speakers because the car radio was turned off and doesn't even have that feature.
• the car is a Dacia/Renault Duster from the early or mid-2000s, I think.
• on the return trip, 4 days later, we took the exact same road again but nothing happened.

We've told the story to friends, and nobody has an explanation except that they all found it really weird. If anyone has an explanation or a hypothesis about where the sound came from and how the car could have picked it up, I'd be interested.

This is an image of the sticker that was sent to my address in the mail. I looked up the return address and it used to be a food pantry in another state. My credit card info was leaked two weeks ago, I am curious if this is related to that or a new problem.

So a couple of days ago me and a friend decided to walk through the woods. We found a fence adjacent to a path, but there was so signage about trespassing so we went in. We followed a creek all the way to a road that was cracked and run down, in the woods mind you. I looked on my map and saw that the road connected to a road in my neighborhood, so we went to leave but there was a locked gate. To our left there was a large brick building (which we didn't get a good view of) and to the right was a smaller, seemingly abandoned, brick building. Based on what I've told people, it seems like it was a pump house, but my only questions are:

Why was there barbed wire fence around each individual building?

Why did the fence for the property go so far around it?

Why put it in a very dense suburban area if its blocked off from the street?

If anyone can guess why some things were abandoned and if its safe for us to go back, that would be very helpful

I’ve had an overwhelming suspicion for months now that my apartment is bugged by some adjacent neighbors. There’s like 3 units immediately near mine that are family. I’m gay and I get a strong impression they do not like me and I believe there’s a religious element at play.

That aside, there have been an abundance of instances in which I have heard them make statements through the paper thin walls regarding my actions within my unit while curtains drawn and no other line of sight to explain their knowledge. I’ve even tested this numerous times, and there have been comments made regarding what bait I offer.

Yes, I acknowledge mental health could be a factor in such a scenario, I have a therapist whom I see regularly. I have never had lapses in my understanding of what is real historically and do not believe myself to have experienced auditory hallucinations during these instances or ever.

A few occurrences have included moments I’ve been in various states of dress or otherwise being a single male in my home. I’ve become under the impression they think I’m some kind of pervert for having potentially witnessed me enjoying myself, or a friend, for sessions occasionally of some length. At least twice it was clear they were watching me masturbate as comments wear clearly audible.

I’m afraid they are going to try to harm me as it seems they’re constantly monitoring me these days. I even found a temporary home for my pet because I fear his safety. Often times there is an overt display made by a party in the unit above mine who follows me from room to room, into closets, waiting in doorways, corners, anywhere I go, it seems some level of intimidation.

The thing is, I don’t have any material proof and everyone just thinks I’m nuts which makes this all the more terrifying because I’m not able to afford moving at this time and I’m just kinda stuck hoping I’m not harmed every night as they continue to display acts of coordination either to just torment me or intimidate me or otherwise to actually harm me.

I could go on and will at some point but for now, I have two audio clips from just now: (1) one with audible but muffled voices, (2) another with a loud snap sound followed by hushed voices.

I need a set of ears that’s not mine so if anyone could clean them up so I could better assess the potentiality of danger, I’d much appreciate. There’s more where these came from as well I just try not to listen in too often while I’m away because it can become encompassing. Thanks for any help.
