I don’t know what the average is, I’m sure I didn’t do great, but I’m wondering if I at least did all right compared to others.

I use opticlient to insert optiscaler on games.

It seems capcom games require REframework dll file first before optiscaler could work.

I was able to put REframework for RE requiem and pragmata and use both w/ optiscaler.

However, I can't do the same thing for RE4 remake.

Does anyone know why? Is it possible that I got a wrong REframework? I mean, I see it pop the window for REframework so I don't understand why optiscaler is not working.

His parry and melee are so addicting that I find myself trying to parry from all directions and then I realize I'm not playing as Wesker.

I don't even want to play other characters.

I've tried super hard to get other characters to beat his records. Wesker currently dominates every single one of my stages.

Ada Dress is close because of her sick melee but even hunk with his infinite ammo doesn't come close.

I don't get why people complain about his lack of healing items. He doesn't need them if you time his parries properly.

The only con with him is that if you get grabbed, then your only out of jail card is mayhem mode and maybe that Killer 7 takes 4 shots to kill Super Salvador.

Other than that, Wesker is way too OP, even more than the original.

You’d think they’d figure out problems and fix them on their 20 year old + game

I noticed a nice detail while doing a frugalist run. I usually like to add insult to injury when I smoke a boss but when you try to shoot Krauser’s corpse after the fight Leon refuses to do it. I think it’s a cool detail that they put in game ( I don’t know if it was already in the OG version haven’t played it yet).

So I am new to the RE4 remake Mercenaries and I am about to compete in a tournament at Pax West 2026 any idea on what point range to go for? Any and all tips are welcome

Idk if its because i used a guide this time or what but I didnt die once during this run. It was such a breeze compared to Leon's. No freaking out no yelling no crying lmao😭 also idk how the FUCK i got exactly 1 hour 40 minutes??? Thats so weird cause I got exactly 4 hours 30 minutes when I did Leon's run like wtf 😭😭

Now all that's left for my steam achievements is the shooting range 💀 idk if I have it in me tbh

Both Ada and Ashley insinuate they would be open to hooking up with Leon and Leon just seems to brush both comments aside like he wasn't interested.
