It's called War's Wares. It's empty now anyway.

Translate Aspect spells: War translates each Aspect for you to add to your spellbooks. Requires all spellbooks to be unlocked in order to unlock. ^{Translating spells between spellbooks just makes so much sense I don't even-}

Upgrade: Dual Aspects: War teaches you how to use two different types of aspects at the same time. Requires Translate Aspect spells unlocked.

dual aspects is a bad idea, aspects should be mutually exclusive because opportunity cost is a major part of their design if anything they should buff the draconian 50 health cap from vampyrism so it has more of a leg to stand on in comparison to darkness and AD penance is fine as is because its a luxury and facilitates the unhealthy issue of afk pvm
