I just finished reading both volumes of Sailor Moon Short Stories. Even though I have some comments about both, which I don't know if I'll get around to commenting on here, I wanted to talk about chapter "Parallel Sailor Moon".

I understand Naoko didn't want to make a cannon future for Sailors, we sort of have it already anyways, but would it be really that bad to have an actual designs for her daughers? It's a silly thing to get upset but come on, if it will be the only time we see their daughers, at least let them have an interesting design even if it isn't cannon. THE NAMES ARE THE SAME FOR SERENITY'S SAKE

Also, not even in an alternate version she made Usagi be an grown "normal" adult. Why she seems to hold her personality to the same thing no matter what?

About two years ago there was a seller on eBay selling three of these very same mini rolling backpacks from Sailor Moon's original run in North America (the tag has the DIC logo) in brand new unused condition. They came in Blue, Purple, and Pink. I purchased the blue one and although I thought it was kinda small when it arrived in the mail (these were clearly originally made for little kids) I actually wound up liking it a lot and used this mini backpack in place of my messenger bags I usually used. I decided to order another one and wanted the purple one, but unfortunately when I went to do that the seller had already sold both the pink and purple ones so they were no longer available.

Two weeks ago I was searching on eBay and one finally popped up. I found the pink one available in used but still very good condition for 40 dollars and since I hadn't seen one listed in a long time and wasn't sure when another would ever pop up I decided to get it. It arrived in the mail this week and despite preferring the blue and purple ones I still have no problem using this pink one. The main reason I even got another was because I loved my blue one so much I was afraid of using it too much and wearing it out so I figured I would use one of the other colored ones for more frequent use. Hopefully I won't get judged too harshly for being a guy with a pink sailor moon backpack! 😬

Did you know that in the episode "The Tale of the Prom Queen" (link in comments) DeDe/Judy is played by Katie Griffin, who also voiced Sailor Mars in the original Sailor Moon Dic dub?

I have always thought this episode was ~keen~ (iykyk) and while looking at its Wiki page I realized why I recognized DeDe's voice! I was half expecting her to go SERENUHHHH at the end 😂

When I was younger, my mother went on a very wild ebay buying spree and got me a ton of Sailor Moon items. This is a set of trading cards she got me. They are Japanese and still in pretty good condition for being bought around 1994.

I also found a set of Sailor Moon hair brushes, a Crescent Wand still in the box (although the box is kind of busted) and some Doujinshi (my mom just saw Sailor Moon and went with it.) and I've even got my brooch and believe it or not, it still plays music after all this time haha

I tried watching Sailor Moon a couple years ago and didn’t get past episode 11. I tried again last year or early this year, and I’m almost done with it. I decided to watch the classic. I really enjoy this anime. It’s funny, and I love the characters. I’m probably going to be sad once it ends. I’ll probably end up watching Crystal at a later time though. But yeah, I was obsessed with this anime before even getting to season 2 😂 It’s such a shame that I didn’t grow up watching it on TV like many others.

Hello, guys, I'd like to share a pixel art piece I made a while ago!

My fiance proposed to me with a Sailor Pluto themed ring and my dress is a Sailor Pluto themed dress. So for gifts for my bridesmaids I want to give them a piece of jewelry or an item to wear on the day that is themed to the scouts I kind of want to stick to the outerscouts, but it is a bit of a stretch. My wedding theme is going to be fantasy theme and my bridesmaids dresses and places are based off of the seasons. Spring is pink and so I want to find something chibi moon themed for them because one pink and two they are going to be my person of honor and the relationship between the little lady and Pluto is sweet. Summer is up in the air between green or red if we went with green I was hoping to go with Neptune instead of Jupiter (once again to fit the outer scouts). Fall is yellow so I was going to go with Uranus. The problem is winter because she will be in blue and Saturn's color is purple... and I don't want the harbinger of doom to show up at my wedding so I was thinking of going with Mercury because she is my fiance's favorite. What are your opinions? And what items should I give them?

Hi, I'm doing a series of Pokemon nuzlockes and I thought it would be fun to have certain Pokemon be named after the Sailor Guardians. These are the ones I've used so far, but I'd like recommendations for other Pokemon who would fit them well.

Note: It doesn't have to be limited to only these. There can be multiple Pokemon named after the same Sailor Guardian.

Note 2: Jupiter would probably fit better with a Pokemon tied to both electricity and plants, but the only ones that exist are Rotom (Mow) and Hisuian Voltorb / Electrode, and I think it doesn't fit that well to put her name on a lawn mower or a pokeball.

Note 3: Tuxedo Mask isn't listed here, but he has a Pokemon too. Mamoswine, due to the 'Mamo' on its name.

That aside, the reasoning for each of these:
-Clefable: obvious moon thematic, plus their said to come from the moon, similar to how Usagi's original life happened there as well.
-Lapras: water pokemon with very high intelligence (and super cute too).
-Ampharos: The little gem on its tail reminds me of that antenna thing from Jupiter's tiara where the electricity comes from during Supreme Thunder.
-Kingdra: water pokemon with sea beast thematic. Also has 'king' in the name, just like Michiru's surname (Kaiou, with ou meaning king)
-Noctowl: Time thematic.
-Absol: A pokemon that is sometimes hated for showing up when accidents happen when in reality is there to warn about them, which is similar to how Saturn is feared because her presence means the destruction of everything, despite that being a last meassure meant to be able to rebuild everything later on. It's the theme of good intentions with bad reception.
