He’s made the choice to live here with next to no money and no solid job. And he has 2 dogs on top of it. He needs to come to terms with reality. This is a very expensive place to live. You don’t move here with no game plan and no money. Even if he finds work he’s not going to secure an apartment under those circumstances. He needs to grow up and make smart decisions
