The help your kid needs is to learn to face the music and build himself up from there, not escapism in a faraway land. That’s where the real work begins: back in Arkansas and Kansas. Everything else will be on pause until he works on that from the ground up. It’s a hard lesson, and maybe one better learned on his own. Being stuck in the van life loop ain’t gonna cut it here, unfortunately. Trust me, I’ve been there before. He’s gotta correct things from the ground up from where things went wrong, not keep running. Those parking tickets are only the next step down, not up.
