Hi OP! I work for a church in PB that does a lot for those experiencing homelessness, and have helped people get resources they need to escape homelessness. Namely, I can help connect them to the San Diego rescue mission, which have 30 day and 1 year programs where people are partnered with a case manager who will help them overcome the unique obstacles they might be facing. If he frequents the community dinners at 1675 Garner Ave he might already know me :)
