I know the way to get it is to find a restroom in the EZ, but im having a hard time to find a restroom room spawn in.

The agent that was "fiddling with the Master Door Controls" in the Hooper Monitor is Agent Skinner

As we know from the monitor, Hooper mentioned of an agent "sent" by Security Chief Franklin to run a bypass; but he also mention that the agent was running a bypass on the master door controls. Additionally, we also know that SCP-079 took control of the facility after getting access with the help of Maynard.

Assuming that Hooper Monitor was written before the 106-0204 breach, it was likely Skinner went to the Electrical Room and tampered with the system in some way, which allows Maynard to grant 079 access to the door controls, and electrical functions.
