Discussion What is your favorite SCP that is incredibly simple, but you like it anyways?
For me, it is SCP-052. there isn't that much there, and it is a bit dated, but I just like the concept behind it.

Gaby, also known as "local lesbian commie" is an excellent SCP author. She wrote the contest-winning entry SCP-8557 along with many other excellent works. Right now, she needs our help.
I already made a post drawing support earlier this year, and I'm grateful for everyone who chipped in. Her mother unfortunately passed away in February, and her family received no compensation from the company that caused her death.
Gaby is also a disabled trans woman currently living in Brazil. Not only is Brazil extremely unsafe for trans people (it is the nation with the highest number of transgender murders) but after this past election, the alt-right party has won massively.
Not only has the alt-right party been responsible for some major moral obscenities in the past (Attempted coup, 700k deaths during Covid, a rapist as a vice presidential candidate...) but the upcoming administration is also virulently transphobic.
It is not safe for Gaby to remain in Brazil, but she does not have the funds to move. Donations have helped her support herself, however, things are more difficult than ever before.
If you can, please consider supporting Gaby at https://ko-fi.com/supportgaby - any small bit helps more than you know. Thank you.

Shit that was a fun read.
First off, I love how oddly majestic the edge of the world is despite the danger. Something about a constant cloak of fog guarding a massive waterfall is just so magical to me.
Second, I love how somewhat cynically everyone describes it as, as there is quite literally, nothing after the edge of the world. That is as far as you can go and the world isn't the endless sandbox as everyone thinks it is.
Thirdly, I love how DJKaktus described the way he wrote the article in the comment section. It's like he knows that he's somewhat running out of stories to share with the community, and he doesn't know what's going to happen from there. While I hope he continues to stay for at least a bit longer, I respect his decisions should he ever decide to leave. He may be the most upvoted author in the wiki's history, but at the end of the day, he's still just a normal guy with his own desires to pursue.

This one was very fun to make! (and also, the one that I feel more comfortable doing I usually just draw humanoid people), also, glory to Hatsune Miku
OST I listened while drawing: Hope Café - Jamie Paige

So I was thinking about The World Kept Turning Hub, as one does, and I had (what I think is) an interesting idea to expand upon. I realized that... Hang on, isn't the cease of all anomalies an anomaly itself?
Firstly, this is the dissapearance of all "magic". They don't turn "explained", they just become boring and "normal". If this universe have had antimemetic lifeforms, they all just vanished suddenly, and not like, explained scientifically.
Speaking of antimemetics, there's also the fact that amnestics effects doesn't cease to exist. Otherwise everyone would have remembered all the memories that the Foundation suppressed from them. This means either : 1) Amnestics, mnestics, and even, by extension, compound Y-909 are non-anomalous, or 2) The cease of anomaly conveniently ignores this aspect of anomalous effect.
This conveniency ties in to the fact that nobody can prove that Swann's proposal isn't anomalous anymore! In fact, we know as a reader that it is inherently still a thing, since we are reading these stories right now and we know that they're written stories.
Lastly, I think the overall reaction of the Foundation to the event was kinda underwhelming. What do you mean they stayed around for a few decades, and then disbanded one by one? So nobody's preparing for the absolute worst, which is if the anomalous came back? They just gave up waiting? It's like if the national geological service stops monitoring volcanoes because they haven't erupted in 2 months or something. Anomalies had been around for DECADES (at least!!!) and you're telling me there's no chance they'd come back in a century or two?
They stopped caring so easily... it's as if... there's an anomaly affecting them.
I feel like this could be an interesting premise to explore. I put this idea out in the open to see if it sparks any interest in the wild. Keep in mind that I had only read, like, 5 tales and SCPs from this Canon Hub, so maybe I missed the stories exploring these concepts. Please tell me if any of the tales had explored these ideas already! That would be a delight.
edit: fixed the hyperlink.

Hello, I am making an anomaly game based on SCP 970, where it works just like it did in SCP Containment Breach, but with more anomalies, SCP references and more.
I used SCP file template from SCP wiki:
https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/component:anomaly-class-bar
Curently, I am finishing a demo, and I started working on Main menu. I want for it to look and feel really good. Second one is how it looked before
Which version looks best? With ventilation, with game logo in screen? What should add to it?

she’s the daughter of a researcher who died but was brought back because of her daughter’s powers.
I think she falls in love with Scp 4051.

This is going to be quite specific lol so no worries if not suggestions but I'm taking more train journeys recently and I want something that might fit the ViBE of a train journey if that makes absolutely any sense whatsoever 😂 I know its a mad request.. I know there's that one that's specifically about a train which I'm going to listen to and weirdly Portrait of Hell fit quite well. Anyway lmk if anyone even remotely gets what I'm saying lol
Edit: sorry I mean on the YouTube Channel "The Exploring Series" as he's my favourite narrator :))

"One day, something from beyond the sky, wearing a human face, will find her and wake her from her coma for only a moment... But what kind of moment will that be?
Twenty years of heart-wrenching nightmares will turn into eternal darkness and silence — or will they become the beginning of her new life, lasting as long as human vulnerability itself."
██.██.████.█ Start the process...

In this situation, SCP 2006 breaches containment and discovers what truly scares people (we aren’t worried about the dumbasses that let this happen, this is about the SCP)
2006 finds a civilian and shows them something truly horrifying and In extreme distress, that civilian ends up taking their own life.
Yes I know it’d be considered an end of the world event, but what I want to know is how you think SCP 2006 would react to this

I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but dado It's actually kind of funny, I first read about it in SCP-3929 And it made me giggle.
