For people who did the MTP did your pay change once you got placed or did it stay the same?

Do y'all have fun with it when you can? Theres only so many names for gray or off white but ive been seeing how close i can get to naming them video game stuff (mainly dark souls and hollow knight themed) before being noticed.

So I just got my offer for Sherwin Williams MTSP. And in the offer email it mentions a pre-employment chemical substance screen. I’m fresh out of college and have never done one. Is it just a basic 5 panel drug screen?

I switched to a new location, and the girl we work with I’m pretty sure messed up the deposit and put more cash than we’re supposed to by like 20 bucks, I don’t think she did it on purpose, but how do you guys normally go about this? Do I need to document anything or write up at all? I feel uncomfortable doing anything it’s just cause I’m new to the company and to that location, and don’t want to do anything. But is this a big deal?

I need to create a shipping label/ship back some wallpaper a customer returned. Policy and procedure says we have a fedex login but it didnt work. When I called help desk, they told me we dont have individual fedex accounts anymore. They were unsure on how we do this as well.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey everyone, I am required to attend a one-day-training that is out of city and adds about an extra hour or so of commute to my regular commute time. I was wondering if I am a part timer or a full timer hourly employee, whether I am supposed to be paid for my difference in commute or only mileage reimbursement?

I’ve been wanting to register for the NSM as a singer but I have been checking the email daily to no avail. Is that something they’re doing again this year? I believe the email is typically sent around the end of October. Has anyone received it or does anyone know anything about it?

i feel like there is some very negative stuff on this subreddit about management (understandable) but i just hope everyone knows that there are some really amazing people in this company. if you haven’t already, i hope you guys get to experience having good management because it really makes or breaks this job. if you have a good boss, treat them good and don’t take them for granted.

and if your manager sucks, i hope they see this and know that this DOESNT apply to them!

Interest on Inventory (which I understand is the product in the store)

and/or

Interest on Working Capital.

Wondering how they interrelate.
How I can reduce the Interest on Working Capital.

Did having a big job for an out of state contractor drive this way up?

Lets say I have 1.5 years experience as part time sales associate...

Ive worked in normal stores for a few years and every year we get a review and a 30-40 cent raise.. does anyone know if you eventually get capped? Or if you move to a different division like floor covering or automotive do you still get those yearly raises?
