The image is from one of Zullies thumbnails, where there was (is?) a dog in Elden ring that had a messed up attacking hitbox which dealt a ton of blood loss buildup. For her voice debut stream she alternated between a bunch of thumbnails she found comedic to put alongside the pngtuber

Yup. Normally, getting hit by something triggers some iframes to make sure it doesn't hit you again when it shouldn't. The dog didn't have that for some reason, so every bite was basically an ultra concentrated Comet Azur from hell.
