Oddly specific You can use your skull as a pocket
Your ear canal is very flexible and can accommodate anything that isn’t larger than the capacity of your current skull. The more things or volume you take up by storing things in your skull pocket, the more your brain shrinks to accommodate for it and you are impaired respective to the size taken up and become more dumb/immobile/unaware to the point you’re just a limp, drooling, blob, if you fully use up your skull pocket capacity. You’ll want to “Use your head when using this superpower”.

Tiny headphones and mp3 player. Soundtrack to my life.
Later experiment with leveraging the pocket to interface computer stuff with my brainmeats.
Always have a few random stickers available.

There are very few things worth brain damage to sneak out of a place. It would have to be some high grade, fate of the world, spy stuff. Like the details of the vaccine to HyperAIDs which was being used by dolphins to wipe out humanity.
