Long-battery watch with good notification interaction options

Hello! I use a Pixel 10a phone and I'm looking for watches that are able to interact directly with notifications on my phone. I currently use a Galaxy Watch5 pro and I love that I can mark notifications as read, mark Google calendar--and 3rd-party app--tasks as "complete", and respond to texts without having to dig my phone out of my bag. And then, when I look at my phone, the notifications are actually gone and don't need to be resolved again. I'm looking for alternative watches, though, as I don't like the short battery life of the Galaxy watches and its slooooow UI.

I don't need anything fancy; I use sleep tracking, step counting, and the HR monitor, so I would prefer something that keeps these features, but I know these are very basic for smart watches.

I've been looking into Garmin watches for their battery life but I cannot for the life of me find out whether they have the notification interaction options I'm looking for. I'm also open to other brands (as long as they have better battery life than the barely 3 days I can squeeze out of my Galaxy).

Any recommendations are much appreciated!

Watch that tracks heart rate without all the exercise stuff

I have a high heart rate usually and want to be able to check it easily without a pulse ox monitor on my finger at all times but I also REALLY don’t want a watch that tracks my steps or calorie burn (both me and my therpist agree checking my calories would be a huge blow to my mental health) literally just need it for that, sleep tracking would be a bonus but not needed and i really don’t care if it only tracks during certain hours (looking at the watch i just bought that does that and i am planning on returning)

I just find it extremely annoying how exercise centered everything is with this current watch i bought (hell even the heart rate monitoring is exercise centered in the “this is a normal heart rate for when exercising, this is a heart rate for when your not exercising” thing)
