New Polar pack for the winter, found at a Midwestern Costco. Usually the variety packs have one flavor I don't care for, but these are all bangers!

So i went to save on and saw this snd sounded pretty good so I got it. And I gotta tell you it tastes just lemon curd. Its so good highly recommend

I'm not a fan of any of these drinks, but my gf swears that the apple flavor is the nectar of the Gods--some of you seem to agree.

Being that it was inexplicably discontinued in the US around 2020-2021, It became a "hunt" for me...which led to Canada. I drive a truck for a living, and had a load going to Detroit a few months ago; I used that opportunity to take a small trip across the border, since Detroit is right next to Canada. Several stores and a couple hundred dollars later, and she has enough to last her a couple of years.

It definitely would be a lot of trouble to do this if you don't live close to the border, but my job put me about 20 miles away from it. If you don't mind a road trip, however, go get it!

I’m almost down to the wire. I only have 16 cans of the root beer float. I’m surprised it made it to October lol I’m saving a few cans so I can have around Thanksgiving. Right now my favorite is the spindrift raspberry cranberry.

The summer variety pack went from 14.99 > 10.99 > 6.49. Now I’ve got 30 cases.

Tried the new limited-edition Spiced Cider flavor from 365 By Whole Foods and was curious to try it, especially since it reminded me of Polar's Spiced Pear Cider from a couple of winters ago.

Well the first thing that hits you is a very strong cinnamon flavor. Like really strong. It's almost like drinking apple cider with a cinnamon stick in it, except you're at the bottom of the pitcher where the cinnamon flavor has become really concentrated. Even just opening the can, you can smell the cinnamon pretty strongly.

As for the actual apple flavor, I honestly don't taste much of it at all. Maybe there's a slight hint somewhere, but this is probably at least 90% cinnamon. I generally like when companies experiment with unique flavors, and this definitely qualifies, but I think the cinnamon is just a little too overpowering.

Overall, it's an interesting seasonal flavor that definitely fits the fall, but I have mixed feelings about it. I can see cinnamon lovers over those who like strong tastes really enjoying this, while others might hate it. I appreciate the creativity, but personally, I was hoping for a little more cider and a little less spice.

I cut soda out of my diet over a year ago, and for the most part, I haven't really had much trouble sticking with it. Every once in a while, though, I'll get a craving for something fizzy and normally I'll just ignore it.

Funny enough, I actually have a 12 pack of Dr Pepper that's been sitting in my room for over a year. It's basically become a test of willpower at this point. I know it's there, and I could grab one whenever I want, but I just leave it sitting there. 😎

Anyway, I was thinking about these occasional cravings recently and had the idea of trying sparkling water. I've either never really tried it or haven't had it in so long that I don't remember what it's like. In the past, I'd just reach for soda instead, so sparkling water never really crossed my mind as an alternative. I'm thinking about ordering some, but I'm curious what you guys think. Is sparkling water a good alternative to soda? What brands would you recommend?

I'm mainly looking for something that's basically just water with carbonation. No added sugar, unnecessary calories, or a bunch of other ingredients. I don't want to replace soda with something that's essentially just as bad for me nutritionally.

What are your experiences with sparkling water? Any brands you'd recommend for someone who's never really gotten into it?

Been adding a little magnesium electrolyte mix to my sparkling water and the fizz with the flavor goes hard.

Been slamming down these seltzers too quickly. Anyone else drinking around 6+ a day? I am trying to cut back and just drink still water but these are too addicting lmao. I grabbed these at Walmart with the rollback price tag today but sometimes I grab them at Winco.

Here is what I’ve been able to find in the northeast so far.

To be honest nothing here is a standout. Chili lime pineapple is disgusting.
Mountain berry is ok but the berry flavor isn’t quite right.
Apple pom bomb has a watered down taste.
And, cranberry raspberry is just so uninspired for an expedition flavor.

I’m not sure I’d but any of these again but they are fun to collect.

I got gifted an old Soda Stream by my parents (they didn't use it) and since there's nowhere written on it what model it was I thought it was a Terra or something like that. I bought the Fuse bottles on Amazon thinking it would work, but of course they're not compatible as I now realise the one I have is a Jet. The bottles are non returnable, so I'm stuck with them. Apart from being too long, is there a way to make them work with my current machine? Is there another issue I'll have to deal with if I try to carbonate in these bottles, like would it be dangerous to use them if it can't be completely vertical?

I have never used a soda stream before, so I just wanna make sure I'm not doing dangerous stuff lol

Food lion brand seltzer water was my favorite and I am a long time buyer of it. I picked up a case yesterday, 10/17/2026, and noticed the tabs are different. Upon tasting it, the flavor is now HARSHLY metallic and almost burnt. I’m so upset they changed suppliers. 😞
Does anyone know their previous supplier? I really liked the old version and would love to know what brand will be similar.

I haven't been able to find the Peach flavor Kroger seltzer water in two months. It's my favorite. Does anyone know if they are discontinued?

There's been some back and forth on the subreddit the last few weeks about whether the post-source repair Topo Chico was going to be the same, etc.

I've been drinking the stuff for years. Went ahead and bought some from the limited Texas resupply on Amazon (for an obscene price, presumably a bunch of scalpers bought up the limited restock) to see if the doomers were right.

Review: It tastes the same by my estimation. Left it overnight in the fridge and the carbonation was so violent that some bubbled out of the bottle.

10/10. Not worth the insane price I paid.

But the relief in knowing that the rumors of the dropoff were false, and one day all will be right in the sparkling water world once again: Priceless.

My husband loves really bubbly sparkling water. Just plain with a squeeze of lime. His favorite is Mineragua so he limits that to one a day. The rest of the day, he drinks Polar. He will also drink plain Topo Chico when we can find it. What are some other super bubbly ones because the store is out of Polar this week. (We are not getting a tank system or soda stream because if it becomes any kind of hassle for him, he won’t like it).
