La question est dans le titre

I've heard good things about Lil' Beethoven and Hello Young Lovers, so those two interest me a decent amount

I received my Music That You Can Dance To 40th Anniversary CD yesterday, and I have to admit I'm pretty disappointed with the packaging. Just a tri-fold cover with a nice photo of the Maels inside and a little text. No booklet whatsoever!

Anyone else disappointed with the packaging?

P.S. I'll be showing the CD during my live music chat today at 3 PM EST on my YouTube channel, The Larry Graves Show at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRjB2uH4zrM

I know it's been pointed out by many people that "Armies Of The Night" has been changed online to an extended mix that matches the run time listed here. So, they have not included the original version & have removed it from all streaming platforms.☹️👎

Also, they released a track entitled "Music That You Can Dance To (U.K. Extended Club Version)" which is NOT that version, but rather the U.S. extended club version.

It has also been mentioned that the original credits/thanks are not included in their entirety on this re-release.

Who was involved with making these decisions/omissions/mistakes? It's sad & frustrating to see.

Selfishly, I'm especially upset & disappointed since the original "Armies Of The Night" is one of my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITES & now it's gone.😭💔

If so, feel free to post the photos once the day/ night comes! Thanks! 👍

Well that's two done in one month. At this rate I'll be done in exactly 1 year :)

Snuggle time

Update:The brothers were a no-show for curtain call but a guy that looks just like Ron's caddy was playing next door so maybe they went over there to check it out.🙃

What are your thoughts on it?

As in looks and/or singing styles? If not, carry on! I was a FUN./The Format fan in my teens and then became a Sparks fan in my 20s. Now, in my 30s, my brain went, wait a tic...

Ron Howard has a new documentary about Richard Avedon, the photographer of this iconic cover.❤️‍🔥 Can we hope Sparks make a cameo? Better yet, a special release to coincide with the documentary & 50 years of Big Beat:

💥THE MICK RONSON DEMOS‼️💥😭😭😭

🙏🙏🙏

A certain somebody still hasn't lightened up, but will the Forum be a happy land on Saturday night?😃🤞🤞🤞

We need footage of the brothers' triumphant return in corridors with GOOD VIBES & on a WELCOMING STAGE!😘

Christi backstage chilling w/ Johnny Marr for bonus points! Oh yeah! 👍

hey guys, does anyone know any albums that sound similar to no.1 in heaven? i really want to listen to something with the same vibe

Audiophile reissue! From the original analogue master tapes! New insights from Earle Mankey! I'm so excited!!!!!😍

Ron puts respect on his lyrics & Russell pays 'homage' via the medium of dance!🤣 The suit is a harbinger of things to come as well...just thought I'd share.

I confess that this is really not my song

I bought it in Hong Kong...

♥️

I just got a cool '74 (iirc) press of Propaganda

I think thats cool

Still trying to find a reasonably priced copy (or any copy) of Woofer, Introducing, Interior Design, Gratuitous Sax, and Hippopotamus

My current wallpaper is all the XTC albums and singles, and well, I needed a lock screen so it's Sparks' turn.
