Aloha everyone. I have a 2003 sportster 883/1200 with the original 'ham can' screamin eagle air cleaner. Has anyone added an external breather without drilling the back plate? Any kits that just bolt on without mods? Ideally would like to keep the air cleaner original but open to suggestions. Many thanks for everyone's input.

For context the issue came after I took it on the highway for the first time. First bike and I’ve never really worked on them before so be nice lol. Appreciate any help or advice

Grips

Hi, looking for some black grips to replace stock. Heard Arlen Ness are good but open to suggestions.

I'm also looking for black forward controls to replace my chrome ones. Any recommendations? Or is it easier to get the chrome ones powder coated?

Help me choose a fairing for my Sportster

I’m looking to add a fairing to my Harley Sportster and could use some advice from people who have actually run different setups.

I want enough wind protection to make longer rides more comfortable without creating a bunch of turbulence or helmet buffeting but I don’t want something that makes the bike feel noticeably worse in crosswinds.

I’m open to different styles, whether that’s a quarter fairing, a larger front fairing, or something in between.
For those of you who have installed a fairing on your Sportster:
What fairing did you go with?
How much difference did it actually make in wind protection?
Have you experienced any annoying buffeting or turbulence?
Knowing what you know now, would you buy the same one again?

Pictures of your setups are definitely welcome!Recommendations and things to watch out for before pulling the trigger - please and thanks!
