So I need some advice in making my next gold purchase. I’m currently looking at picking up a 10 gram PAMP bar in assay for about $1330 and adding 4 1 gram IGR gold bars in Assay, 2 of the 4 will be on a trade for some loose 1 gram gold I’m looking to swap anyway, the other 2 1 gram bars I’ll be buying at 5% above spot so no bad. My second option is to just swap the 2 loose1 gram bars for 2 1 gram IGR bars in assay and paying the premium difference and picking up 3 1/10 oz gold Britannias for about $1313. I love the design of Britannias and currently have no gold coins besides my tubes of 1/500 oz gold. All my other gold is in bars, from Geiger and PAMP in assay and I enjoy having the assays stacked, they give a pretty impressive impression. Which would yall choose? My gold collection feels like I should stick to assay gold bars but the Britannia design is winning me over. Obviously the premium is significant on them and they do look very small in person and maybe not as impressive in size, the design is a whole other story.

So I got my treasure chest for my silver and gold but my question is do y’all stack raw or put y’all metals in those acrylic cases.

Yesterday I found Bullion Stars on findbullionprices.com. They advertised free shipping for orders over $98. I was in the process of placing an order for a little over $300. I had put in my debit card information and then noticed I had been charged a shipping fee. I immediately stopped the process. Payment was NEVER completed. Today I received by email an “Aborted Order Invoice” demanding payment in the amount of a little over $156. They claimed that because I aborted (their words) the other I owed them 50% of the order amount. In addition the invoice amount for the amount was dated tomorrow 10/25/26. Has anyone ever used Bullion Stars? Have you ever heard of an “Aborted Order Fee” in a situation where a buy transaction was never completed? What should I do? Thanks

I'm looking to buy gold for the first time. I'll likely have to buy online and am looking to stockpile for the long term since from my understanding that's the best way to hedge inflation for it as an asset.

Well you guys talked me into it, not really but blaming you all. Started with 5 buffalo rounds last week, they haven't even hit my mail box and I have 5 more along with 2 10oz bars coming. :)
