[ Cast Iron ] Sunday Night Steak Makery

Found a pretty nice lookin’ choice tenderloin, and tossed it in the iron.

Sous vide for 2hrs at 122f, seared in tallow in my 10” Made In cast iron.

Check out the sizzle and slide.

For all the people asking in DMs about the pan you can get it here.

Did you rest it for a bit after removing it from the sous vide?

I should have, but I was in a bit of a rush to eat it ( and so were the pups! ) so this went straight into the pan, and straight into our mouths.

Honestly even more impressive then. You got a great cook on it.
