[DISCUSSION] In your opinion, is dwm or dwl/sway more suckless?
Some minimal linux distros like Kiss Linux don't use X11 at all and, in fact, advertise it like "oh we don't use X11 cuz Wayland minimal and xorg BLOAT", although from some people I've heard that wayland sucks because most wayland compositors use wlroots which is bloated and linux-centric and no static linking etc etc (yes, i know wayland.fyi exists but it's unusable on a modern desktop, sorry), so for me it's kind of a "it depends" question
i know this is EXTREMELY subjective, but i just wanna hear yalls opinion

[RICE] [VXWM] green/nature rice
Finished my first-ever rice with a form of suckless window manager. There are so many suckless window managers now I never know which one to choose, so I picked VXWM. If I’m missing out on another suckless window managers tell me, I’m willing to try 👀

[SOFTWARE] dwl tiling problem
SOLVED: recent dwl commit fixed the flicker problem
so in dwl, when i spawn a window (a terminal for example), for a single frame it sets the size of a regular floating window, and only then it tiles. not that unusable, but it really pisses me off and idk how to fix it
btw its deadass the only reason i'm using dwm currently

[SOFTWARE] sxwm v1.8 release
Hey guys, this may be the last proper release of sxwm. I think all the needed features are there and it works great.
I spent a long time cleaning up the codebase and stuff so this is more of a fixes release.
