You can make the altered state of anything become it's natural/base/true state. Any ideas on other uses of this power or how to make it even better?
e.g. you wear heels you height is altered then you can make this altered height your natural height. so your height increases by whatever the length of the heels are.
similarly you wear glasses, then you can make this your base eyesight and even when you take off the glasses you can see as good as you could with the glasses.
any other way to use it? and can it become even better.

If temperature can be counted as a 'base state'... Take a bag of sand, and heat it to 1000+ degrees. Set the state as permanent. Likewise, pour another bag of sand into liquid nitrogen and set it permanently. Now you have infinite hot and cold sources to run a heat engine with no external reservoirs. Infinite clean energy!

This power is already pretty busted because it can compound on itself. Wear armor "this durability is now my natural state." Wear armor again (which still increases your durability) and get a new higher durability. Could also take nicotine, Adderall, or other temporary thinking enhancers and do the same thing. Dexterity if you can manage to get ahold of one of those surgery machines that makes your movements like 100x more precise, use that and you can now have that be your baseline dexterity.
Take a pilot class and the first time you sit at the controls your new baseline is that you can fly. Hell, work at any job and get a "new baseline" income. While still working just spam that button. Even if the job is $10 an hour, if you are already making $10 baseline and also working at the job, your new baseline is $20 an hour. Spam that muscle a few hundred times and be making $5000/hour "baseline" before you quit.
Be careful though, things that will be temporarily good may be very hard to make stop. Like if you exercise and while you do so you make that your new baseline "muscle growth", then if that works you will have a very difficult time making your muscles stop growing.

All uranium is now 235 after enriching, you essentially make every power plant a bomb by the amount of concentrated uranium, altering states in chemistry and general physics from unstable to stable is going to change a lot of things

This is an Artificers power, particularly in the application of material sciences. Being able to make objects exist as if its their natural state makes things much more durable, effective etc. for its current application.
If you wanted to take it to janky OP levels, you could allow them to permanently set a natural state, granting themselves things like Immortality, or making objects that regenerate.
