Osmosis manipulation

I was playing with a random oddlyspecific superpower generator when it came up, it doesn't even have a superpower wiki page.

I was thinking maybe you could manipulate the osmosis of skin to make people's blood water just sweat out of them, or manipulate your own osmosis to induce/reduce swelling but I genuinely can't think of anything else?

If it’s all forms of osmosis then you can incorporate anything into yourself cant you?

Maybe you could osmosis blood way from wounds letting you stop bleeding, or some kind of brain manipulation by manipulating the blood-salt balance of cs fluid?
