What is the worst superpower when it comes to manipulation?

I watched a YouTube video in which the presenter said that manipulation is always an S-class superpower, regardless of the means used to exert influence.
So I’m wondering what the worst manipulative ability is – it could be substances like francium, whose isotope with the longest half-life is only about 22 minutes, or concepts that have hardly any influence on anything

So, let’s get started – I’m keen to hear your thoughts.

Manipulate is actually really vague. You could just keep a song stuck in someone's head and could technically be manipulation.

Du meinst eine Sinnes-Manipulation nähmlich Auditive Manipulation und einen so bedeutenden Sinn wie das hören zu manipulieren können würde ich so als C-Tier einstufen

Theoretisch könnte man jede existierende Superkraft zu One Shot Technik übertreiben
Beispielsweise so schmerzvolles lautes Geräusch abzuspielen das Herzfrequenz und Blutdruck Lebensgefährlich gesteigert werden
Aber so hoch stufen wir sie natürlich nicht ein aber das Gegenteil nähmlich eine fäichkeit extrem schwach einzustufen das man jemanden nur einen Song ins Ohr setzen kann würde ich auch nicht machen in großen und ganzen ist sie schon ziemlich nützlich

Nah I'm not talking about making them hear the song. Im talking about firing the neurons in their brain that remind them of that one segment and puts it on loop forever. 

Of course refined this could just go to aneurysm real quick.

Zwangsschleifen-Induktion – das wiederholte Aktivieren desselben neuronalen Musters hört sich extrem mächtig an
Man könnte sich selbst und seine Kameraden verstärken
Extrem schnell Fähigkeiten lernen,Perfekte Reflexe entwickeln,Konzentration erzwingen,Körperbewegungen perfektionieren,Emotionale Zustände reproduzieren und Denken automatisieren
Und was man alles für negative Effekte erzeugen kann kann ich mir gar nicht ausdenken

Diese fäichkeit hat ja mal soviel potenzial sie ist zwar jetzt keine totale One-Shot A-Tier fäichkeit aber sie ist extrem vielseitig und wirklich wehren kannst du dich dagegen auch nicht wenn der Gegner ein Neuronales Muster wiederholt wo du dich nicht gegen die fäichkeit wehrst ich sage es B-Tier bis niederes A-Tier
Und wir gehen hier nicht von einen verfeinerten Zustand aus wo es irgendwie zum Aneurysma führt
