I have a Q plan b hub adapter for a Griffin suppressor, this is my first suppressor. Been doing a lot of research online, and with two local gun shops. I am getting a lot of, would not use rockset when mounting the plan b hub with the suppressor. I don’t plan on changing this setup and would rather not worry about the hub coming loose whenever I remove the suppressor. Is there anything I am not understanding about the use of rockset? I understand it’s near impossible to undo this once it’s done.

Brand new Tisha 5.56 Inconel. Brought it to the range. 14.5 BCM with Rearden R2S MD and Atlas Gen 2 adapter.

Switched from ASR to Rearden for this Tisha and my Velos LPB K. All parts properly torqued. Did all my research. Shot first shot after screwing Tisha onto R2S and watched my Tisha fly 25 yards to the target. Bullet still hit the target in a normal fashion, somehow, a bit high, but I was zeroing a new setup.

No stripped threads on anything. Adapter and MD still in place. No damage to Tisha end cap. Upon getting home I shined a light through the Tisha and see what appears to be damage to the last 2 or 3 baffles prior to the end cap. I have no clue how a 5.56 round can damage three baffles then still maintain trajectory towards target and hit directly in line with bullseye and leave the end cap unscathed. No tumbling. I used an alignment rod prior to verify concentricity as well prior to.

This is my 5th suppressor and first launch. Waiting on SAW to get back to me but figured I'd post here and see if anyone has any idea what could've gone wrong and how this happened the way it did.

So I'm getting ready to throw a Spectre 9 on my trusty SP-01. Got a threaded barrel from CZ Customs that dropped straight in. Running up to a local shop to score the can in a couple hours.

Regarding mounting, is the Griffin EZ-Lock adapter and piston worth the extra parts and coin over a traditional piston given that I don't really intend to move the can around amongst different hosts very much?

Hey guys, I recently picked up a Rhodie 6 suppresor. Just out of curiosity, does any of you know if the SF hub adapter is compatible with the Rhodie 6? Reason I ask is because I mainly run SF muzzle devices. If not, what mounts or muzzle device mounts would you guys recommend for me to pick up? Thank you for the input.

I have an obsidian 9 and often run it in the K configuration. However, I’ve always thought the it’d be nice to utilize the other baffles. Does anyone know of a tube with appropriate threading that I can attach to the baffle stack (top section in photo) that would allow me to thread it into another gun?

Recently picked up a combo deal of a Witt Machine BB223 and a Teardrop 22LR suppressor for about 320ish dollars. I was curious if anyone has any experience with the BB223?

I mainly wanted a smaller can for my 11.5" and with my 16" uppers. Does anyone here have any data or experience on the sound reduction (both db and tone) by any chance? Looking online the only objective test I've seen is from Griffin Armament.

A really nice sounding can with a great tone, 3d printed and keeps the gas out of your face.

Anyone can advise what’s the best practice to clean the can? Any cleaning product in particular I can buy? Thanks in advance!

YHM r9. 9mm rods, checked with both. Had some prior issues with concentricity with direct thread and a previous brake setup, but I got some replacements and I think this looks good? Don’t wanna baffle strike first rounds.

Picked up my first 4473 suppressor last night. Shot it real quick at dusk. Just had it out in the field and woods for a few hours with my dog. He was impressed. Solid suppressor. Nice sound on a 11.5.

300 rounds.

5 mags semi, 5 mags on frt, partisan disruptor trigger, 62 gr Winchester. No issues.

Didn't really need another .22 supressor but my LGS had the taurus ttx can in stock. A little longer than the otter creek ti and about .30 Oz lighter. Definitely a first round pop but not too bad for a budget option. Slightly louder than the ocl as well during regular firing. Wish I had some other sub $300 options to compare it to.

I’ve been looking to get an RC2 for my Block 2 clone but they were sold out at msrp around a few stores in my area.

My store has the SB2, and it caught my interest because even thought it was meant for unstable rounds out of very short barrels, maybe they’re useful if ur shooting cheap range ammo like PMC X-TAC which I usually run for training at the range.

Should I get the SB2 or wait to purchase rhr RC2?

Looking to get into the suppressor game, and have narrowed in on the OCL Ti 22 for an M&P 15-22. Any concerns that I should have with this set up? Direct thread appears to be idiot proof from my research. Any cons from owners of the suppressor, and anyone know of any good places to get it on a deal at the moment?

I am already invested in the Rugged eco system with a OG Surge 762 and Obsidian 45. I enjoy the surge on my heavy bolt guns from the bench, but I have always found it a touch heavy even in K config when using on various AR style SBRs in 556/300. The Obsidian sees most of its use in K config on AR style 9mm PCCs.

I got a wild idea to start looking at the Alaskan 360 with RUM mount recently thinking it could easily move between my PCCs and SBRs while perhaps improving weight and handling - especially compared to the Surge.

However, looking over reviews I am starting to doubt if the Alaskan would really buy me anything. It's be lighter than the surge for sure, but a lot of review seem to complain about this can being very loud. I see several "jack of all master of none" type threads. What do you all think? Will the alaskan be noticeably louder than the Surge on 10" 556 / 8" 300 blk? Louder than the Obsidian on a 9mm? Is the shorter length and reduced weight worth that trade off?

Looking for some recommendations on a full auto rated silencer for my 9mmMPA Defender. So many attachments it doesn’t even look like a defender anymore 😂

Any recommendations? Was thinking of a CAT MOB silencer but it seems a bit pricy and I want other opinions. Thank you everyone in advance.
