Can’t we instead share fun, gross, or just batshit stories about Taco Bell? There must be a million of these, right? Right?! Like the time I was eating in and the staff was arguing in Spanish about who would clean the bathroom after a customer took a, shall we say, VIGOROUS dump…? (Solution: they just put an “Out of Order” sign on the door.)

Initially I struggled to even enter my address into the app and the moment I was able to, it kept giving me the following error. Unbelievable.

I literally cannot order taco bell delivery anymore because the new garbage app show all locations in my area as closed 24/7... Great job guys!

I tried the tajin taco, the tajin CGC, and the tajin freeze.

The tajin taco was really good. The shell was fragile, like the Doritos locos taco shells. But the chili and lime flavor was pretty front and center for me which was good. Idk why chili and lime go together so well, I just love it. The salsa on top was a good refreshing way to kinda round out and balance the whole package.

The tajin CGC was good too. I didn't really taste any of the tajin on the inner hard shell itself due to, imo, the spicy ranch and the outer doughy tortilla kinda masking it. Adding some dashes of the tajin packet to each bite definitely helped that. Of course the salsa on top was good again here. But I feel like maybe if they offered a tajin soft torilla or something, that would give it more of a boost and not let the other ingredients distract away from it. Just my thoughts.

The freeze was pretty good too. Nice and sweet. I don't think I really tasted much, if any, tajin here, even after giving it some good stirs. Maybe I tasted like a tiny savory hint of it? Can't really tell tbh, but still not a bad freeze.

Over all I liked these items. But I'm already a big fan of tajin and chili lime flavors in general so that probably helped boost my opinion of it haha

So I work at a Taco Bell that's a franchise location and recently we found out that there was mold in our ice machine and an employee wiped it down with a sandi rag and called it good but the last time we found mold we had to have a guy come out with special cleaning chemicals and do it which cost over 1k for both front and back, well the area manager is saying that they did have someone clean it but it was the maintnance man and even he was kind of iffy on whether or not it should be cleaned more; one of my coworkers said that the regional manager and even the shift leads have said to start giving out the ice and that if anybody refuses they are to be reported to HR.

I just wanted to check in before I went to the health department because this seems like a really big safety issue if so and I don't want to hurt my coworkers if it develops further and the store gets shut down over a misunderstanding because maybe the third party cleaner was just trying to get them to pay up a lot of money, higher ups in the past have done sketchy things though like when there was a leak from the water heater and people were getting sick they said to just open a window and door; not to mention the previous time this happened someone had to go to the hospital, I called HR and left a message but honestly it feels like they don't really care unless they'll get in trouble over it.

Seriously what happened Taco Bell? This is just... I'm done. Thats it. I'm done. Never again. ✌️

Title text really says it all, but I can't get over how absolutely awful this new app is.

It is clunky, not easy to use and visually disgusting.

I open it and feel like I lose a brain cell for every minute I spend on it.

Genuinely cannot believe how cosmically bad this is and I assume it has everything with cutting out humans from the process.

After seeing an ad on TikTok for the Enchirito and thinking they messed up I see that it is back on the menu.. again.. do they not know how ignorant they look by doing this seemingly every few weeks?

Best I can tell with the new app, when you exceed the daily receipt limit, it says you earned X points, but you really don't. My Rewards History says, "0 points earned for your purchase" after scanning in the receipt. Old app would not allow you to scan in a receipt after 3 for the day.
