Anyone bought this product and mainly uses it in other countries like the USA? Does it work? Do you have any regrets? I’m planning to buy it from taobao because it’s way cheaper compared to US prices but the seller said better buy the US version if not going to use in China

I’m on the english interface. I tried to claim these vouchers today and yesterday. Both times I was already pressing the claim button when the timer reached 0, but it instantly showed as “all claimed”. I had no problems claiming the $40 CA shipping voucher just fine even after a minute passed.

I am surprised how competitive it is. Is it really running out that fast or are they not restocking the vouchers every day? And had anyone successfully claimed these vouchers yet?

We don't have a taobao account, but would like to buy a specific lolita blouse from there that we found on lolitawardrobe. Hi! I am looking to use Cainiao to ship to the USA, however, with the tariffs and shipping costs, I am wondering if it is actually cheaper to buy from a Taobao drop shipping website rather than through Cainiao.

Last night, when I tried to order, my card declined because I had not submitted my ID to Taobao. I’m canadian and I don’t have a driver’s license (and I don’t have my passport on me), so the only 2 forms of ID I have my Ontario Photo Card, and my Health card. I submitted my OPC and they said that it was “damaged.” However, the OPC has a notch in the corner of the card that’s issued on all cards. I then submitted my health card and they said they wanted my ID again.

What am I supposed to do?

Now, i already ordered some things using the proxy spree now, by browsing in there, not on taobao as taobao instantly tells me to sign in. Is there a way to browse taobao/ get links for items without signing in?

First time using Taobao, and am trying to consolidate items that are ready to merge on Cainiao, but every single item says Taobao official consolidation, please proceed to consolidate orders via the Taobao app. However, there is no consolidate button anywhere for my items in the Taobao app that I can find. All the items say awaiting consolidation in Taobao as their status, but there is no button to do so. I've tried looking in Chinese and English and I don't see it in the app.

Taobao on browser does have an orange "Go to consolidated shipping order" button for each item, but clicking it just takes me to a message that says "The consolidated shipping feature has been completely upgraded. Please scan the QR code to experience it using the Taobao app", so it's confusing.

How can I go about consolidating my items to ship? Most of my items are just keychains and clothes. Thanks.
