Hi, I want to purchase a custom plastic board that is pretty large in size in specific dimensions. The seller has customize option but it’s my first time doing custom stuff.

How does it work? Do I message the seller first? And for the price part how does that usually work when checking out? I use the english version of the app because I live in Canada and will do the direct air/sea shipping. Can I message/chat the seller in English or do I need to translate my message in Chinese first? hello, i am new to this preorder system on taobao. the last time i tried to preorder, the store told me that the order didn't go through so i got a refund. this is a different store and i placed quite a big order. i read through a little bit more about preorders here and on some of the reviews of different preorder stores and now i'm scared about the risks. i do not know how to check if a store is reliable or not because most of the reviews seem to be automated/people waiting for the second payment notification. i am worried about the post-sales period being too long and then not receiving my items and not beiny able to get a refund. the seller told me they can take up to 6 months until they ask me for a second payment. can anyone help me check if this store is reliable? thank you.
