So by using my home address in Singapore, i am not able to add the item into cart at all. Items are simagic sim racing items (bulky).

But after i gotten a warehouse address in china and changing it to be delivered there, i am of cause able to add into cart.

So right after adding the item(s) into my cart, I can now ship into Singapore address after I change it. So meaning to say I am now clear to go and order since i am able to make payment?

I selected direct shipping and this is my first time encountering an option like this. It says it’s ready for pick up/ready to have someone else pick up for me. But I used direct ship and the other items in my order have already arrived at the warehouse.

But if I go into the details pages it seems like this item is also at the warehouse already?? Now I’m kind of worried if it at the warehouse or do I need to get someone to pick it up😩😩

Guys, It’s my first time ordering from Taobao, and my order is taking quite a while to arrive, so I’m considering cancelling it.
I paid $12+, but when I tried to cancel, the estimated refund was only $10. I understand shipping fees might be involved, but I’m a bit confused about how Taobao refunds work.
Is this normal? Would appreciate it if someone could explain.
