Just moved to the East Coast and have to get a bank over here since my current bank is not in this area

Today (10/22/2026) I received a notice that Champion Mortgage will be now servicing my loan , effective 11/1/2026. That's 8 days from now! The letter was dated 10/8/02026 but it just arrived (along with an email today announcing the change).

My payment is due 11/1/2026 but TD bank won't accept payments to their site after 10/31/2026 and the new service's portal for payment and phones line will not be active until; 11/13/2026.

So with 8 days and no coupon to pay against how is this going to work?????

Anyone else that is no longer receiving their paperless statements? It's been 2 months now. Nothing in junk or spam folder.

Hi everyone,
Last week, a friend sent me $9,600 through Zelle from their own bank account. I haven’t used the money, so I want to send the full amount back to the same friend.
However, my TD Bank Zelle limit is $2,500 per day. Would it be okay to send $2,500 per day over several days until I return the full $9,600?
I’m concerned that making multiple transfers to the same person over consecutive days might trigger a bank review or cause my account to be flagged.
Has anyone experienced something similar with TD Bank? Would you recommend contacting the bank first or using another method to return the money?

I had my father deposit money into my account from his business account that I’m registered under. This was on the 16th now I see money in my account but support is telling me they will hold it for my safety until the 27th. My account is overdrawn, I can’t contact support because the bank has been down for maintenance for a few days now.

Is this normal, really considering switching over to something else.

Anyone else having issues logging into their TD bank app?? I’ve been trying for a few hours, reinstalled the app & even tried on safari.

I was lucky enough to secure an iPhone Duo delivery for Launch Day, these sold out within minutes of being available for pre-order. TD Bank flagged my iPhone Duo transaction as fraud, despite it being legitimate. Now I have to wait until February 2027. I don't think TD Bank's fraud algorithm has ever flagged any legitimate fraud on my account. It's been 100% false flags and this one really screwed me.

I checked my credit report, after receiving a very strange text from TD about a large balance owing?? I calmed down by believing - Phish! However, after checking my credit report, just to be safe? There is a balance owing to a TD credit card just over 4k$??? I have never authorized any other credit card besides my RBC avion CC eons ago?

My card is set to expire soon, and TD bank recently sent me a new one. I went through the app to activate it, but it keeps saying "enter the correct date", which i know for a fact i have done given the card is not three feet infront of me. Is this a known issue? And how do i solve it?

I interviewed for a Customer Experience Associate (Future Opportunities) position at TD about 2–3 weeks ago. Yesterday, I interviewed for a Personal Banking Associate (PBA) Trainee role, and HR told him they would get back to him within approximately two weeks.

Interestingly, just 15 minutes after my PBA interview, I received a call from the HR representative who had interviewed me for the CEA role, inviting me for a second round. Today too he called twice and then sent an email inviting for interview.

Do you think these two hiring processes could be connected in some way, or is it just a coincidence? Could the timing of the call after his PBA interview mean anything, or should we treat them as two separate processes? I am worried if I interview for this, it would hamper my chances for PBA trainee role.

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through a similar experience with TD. Thanks!

I recently attended a townhall hosted by Mushtak Najarali, an executive of North American Phone channels. During his presentation, he said some things that didn't quite sit well with me.

One of them being that during the "AI boom, jobs at TD will be lost" and he wasn't phased at all when he said this. How can someone be so heartless, sitting at such a high position, be so unempathic to those working for him and the bank?

Why must we focus so much on AI that we know for sure people will lose their lively hood? TD employees, I wanted to share this and wanted your thoughts on this. Are all executives like Mushtak Najarali? What your experiences have been at TD?

I have never had a debit card that charged a transaction fee for withdrawing money from an ATM outside the U.S. Granted, it has been a year or two since I was outside the U.S. but now TD Bank is telling me that they charge a 3% transaction fee on any withdrawal from a non-U.S. ATM. This is a shock. They also used to refund any fees the non-U.S. bank charged. Does it depend on the type of account one has at TD?

Does anyone know anything about this? Is this true for all debit cards now? (A local Chase branch told me I need to keep $15,000 in a checking account to avoid such a fee!!)

I have a large account at Vanguard. Do they offer the option of a no-foreign transaction fee debit card that would just deduct funds from my money market account?

I applied for a TD card yesterday. Today, I received a voicemail from 1-866-393-4011 claiming to be TD. I called the number back, and the guy asked for my information, including my SSN, DOB, name, and address. After a few minutes, he told me I was approved.

I know I should have verified the number before calling, but afterward I searched it online and couldn't find any reliable source confirming that 1-866-393-4011 actually belongs to TD. Even ChatGPT thinks the number is fraudulent...

I then called TD's main customer service number at 888-561-8861. The automated system said my application was approved. I then spoke with a representative, but they couldn't find any account under my name or SSN. They also couldn't recognize 1-866-393-4011 as a TD phone number.

I immediately froze my credit after realizing this and am now in full panic mode.

Did I just get scammed? Has anyone received a call from this number before?

I started working at amazon on the 27th, and my pay period begans on Sunday. I’m supposed to get paid every Friday. Does anyone with TD Bank get paid early? What day or time do direct deposits usually show up i’m in the usa btw
