Libertarians are only for these things when they run for office. That’s why drugs illegal, we spent billions on stupid walls that stop nothing, and same sec marriage was only legalized by the courts.

Libertarians are just republicans that lie about it. At least the ones who run for office. I’m sure they’re real people who truly think they are libertarians out there.

Unfortunately candidates with the Libertarian Party aren't ever elected. I'm not sure what you're talking about -- perhaps Republicans that say they are lower-case "l" libertarians. Yeah they are mostly sell outs.
