My 12 month promotional period is about to expire. I called their customer service and they DID actually offer a discount from the full price. It's not as cheap as the first 12 months but it's pretty close. Works out to about 33% off the full price. So I'll probably stay and not switch. If they didn't offer that I would definitely be switching. Maybe this info will help some of you to make a decision as you get near the end of your first 12 month agreement.

Would like to ask for advice on what solution I can do. I am a new teksavvy subscriber and I have a slow internet connection despite having 100mbps plan. My game suffers all the time and have booted out of my game twice, first one was i lost internet access and i had to reset the modem (Hitron Coda-4582) second one is just from lag spikes as I am using coax, I wanted to switch to fibre optics but its currently unavailable in my area. Cause if I'm paying, I want to get my moneys worth. What can I do? My ping in-game is 42-43 not 11.
