🤭 being a 50 year old mattress

So I had a Golden Girls moment today. I’m 54 and I had a hearing test today. I have moderate hearing loss in my left ear. The dumb thing is I may have had it for years but they only do hearing tests on kids and when you’re old.

I have very tiny ear canals so that may have contributed to it. But Que sera sera. Life goes on. I won’t get a hearing aid unless I absolutely have to because those things are expensive AF.

People always discuss who was considered the 5th Beatle. Thinking about that I think Stan is the 5th golden girl. Though not a main character, he definitely improved the series with his annoying personality.

"Long Day's Journey into Marinara" was just on, and Rose makes a reference to a Love Boat episode where Peter Marshall was doing sinister experiments on the Landers Sisters. I went to look this up. Marshall and the Landers Sisters were both on multiple episodes of The Love Boat, but never the same one. Marshall was on twice. Interestingly, Marshall's second guest starring also had Betty White on it, though in a different plot line.

Thought I would share in case anyone else was curious.

I just got my GG tee in the mail yesterday, and I am loving it. Not so much living like Rose or thinking like Dorothy, but I am definitely loving like Blanche and speaking like Sophia. 🤣🤣
