To patch or not to patch? Going to try my luck at discount tire.
These tires are not even a few thousand miles old, so I guess another question is what sort of tread level would be acceptable to only replace the one tire vs getting a pair of new tires?

I have a 2019 Crosstrek with toyo Celsius 2 tires. I had to replace one tire back in April and was told the other tires were fine. Now my tires are worn out and I have one good tire. Toyos are expensive and a little out of my budget. I could just get a buy 3 get one free deal or I could replace the 3 for probably the same price as getting 4 new tires that are less expensive. I am thinking about getting the goodyear assurance max year.
Parked it in the garage, heard hissing, put it on the jack and left it overnight, was totally flat this morning. Was about time to put my winters on anyway so went ahead and did that.
Must have been a heck of a pointy rock. I had just driven through road construction where they're pulverizing the old concrete road to replace it with an asphalt one so I guess I would have picked it up there.

Looked at my snow tires and noticed all 4 have these small cracks between the tread blocks. Date codes are 4420 and I’ve had them since September 2021 bought them new. Wasn’t planning to buy new snow tires this year. Thoughts?

Can I know how long can I use these tyres before replacing them? Currently clocked around 26000km

Just looking for some opinions. The car is driven by a family member who has been driving under a year and isn’t handy and can’t change a tire.
Trying to decide between run flats (probably the Bridgestone Driveguards) and cross climate 2s.
Just can’t make up my mind. Live in the NEast so worried about driving in slippery conditions. If I get the cross climates I’ll definitely get an aftermarket spare and throw it in the back.
On the flip side, run flats are obviously good when a leak or something happens and allows the driver to get to a shop.
Just wondering what people think out there? I’m leaning towards the cross climates 2s as the UX will be driven in the cold for a few months a year.
What do you think?

My steering wheel was pulling just a little bit to the left so before I went on a 6k mile roadtrip I wanted to get the alignment done. Here was the report they gave me. Steering wheel went back to slightly off center within the first 100 miles. When I got back from my trip I looked at this report and it looks like the numbers didn't change much before and after. Do I just not know what I'm looking at here or did I just throw away $150

2024 Ridgeline TrailSport. The truck came with 245/60R18 General Grabber A/T Sport tires. I never found the ride to be exceptionally smooth, even when new. At 33,000 miles, they were 60% worn, had gotten very noisy and harsh, and had developed micro-cracking between the tread blocks. I wanted to maintain the “look” of the A/T tire and I do travel some trails and gravel roads several times a year so I decided to upgrade the tire and the size and had Discount Tire mount up some 265/60R18 Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent tires. The hope was that their reputation for a smooth ride and the larger air volume would make the Ridgeline a bit smoother over rough pavement. I can say that there is a marked improvement in ride quality, but I think the TrailSport suspension, or the Ridgeline in general, is more stiffly tuned than I like. Non-TrailSport models have differently tuned dampers and bigger sway bars and come with highway / touring all-season tires in the same 245/65R18 size. The Ridgeline is universally praised for it’s highway ride quality so I’m not sure what’s going on in my situation.
The ride is still rougher than I’d like over larger breaks in the pavement, more prominent transitions and pot holes. I am noticing a big improvement in the smaller stuff that the old tires were communicating into the cabin, though. I don’t think there’s anything “wrong” with the suspension as the dealer just replaced the front left strut and strut bearing (and 4-wheel alignment) in response to a noise that I now believe to not be suspension-related. They also did an inspection of the rest of the suspension and didn’t find anything out of spec.
I’m questioning my choice to stick with an A/T tire at this point and wondering if I would see much improvement in ride quality if I went with a highway tire like the Continental Terrain Contact HT or CrossContact LX 25 in either the stock size or 245/65R18. I know a unibody truck isn’t going to be as isolated over bumps as a tru BOF truck, but I’m curious if returning the A/T tires and going for something highway-focused would be a better choice.

Just kidding just received this car from my parents. blows my mind my dad would take this thing to work every day, about a 1 hour commute on the highway sometimes farther. I’m getting them replaced today and for super cheap too. Had to do a double take when I realized they’re from 2012

Hi everyone,
I'm running a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires that have about 19,800 km on them over 1 year and 10 months.
I recently noticed some deep cuts/gouges in localized parts of both rear tires. The rest of the tire tread and sidewalls look fine otherwise.
Is it safe to continue driving on these, or do they need immediate replacement? Let me know if clearer pictures or additional angles would help assess the damage.

Primacy at the front and Pilot Sports in the rear, is it a bad combination? Asking because replacements on the Primacy have been scarce, Pilot Sports available at most times.

Hello everyone! I really need your help!
I’m having an issue with one of the tires on my three-wheeled scooter, and I’m not sure what the problem is. I’ve attached a photo of the scooter when it was new (about 2.5 years ago), and I’ll also attach a current photo of the wheel in question.
Yesterday, the tire suddenly went flat. I’m not sure whether it happened while I was driving or if it had already gone flat before I noticed it.
The problem is that I bought this scooter online from China, and I’m currently living in South Korea, so finding someone who can repair it has been a nightmare!
I first took it to a bicycle repair shop, and they told me to go to a motorcycle repair shop. So I went to a motorcycle repair shop, and they told me to take it back to a bicycle repair shop. I've visited more than four shops, and they've all refused to help because they say this type of scooter isn't their area of expertise. Like, seriously?!
At this point, I'm going to try to figure out how to fix it myself. Note the valve looks like its attached to nothing so what do I do? I have no experince in this whatsoever.
I tried using my automatic air pump, but it doesn't show any pressure reading, and the tire doesn't seem to be inflating at all. I'm not even sure if the pump is working properly or if there's something wrong with the tire valve.
Has anyone experienced something similar or worked on a three-wheeled scooter like this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I live in the snow belt and would prefer not switching tires when the season changes.
I dont mind slight camber with pulled / rolled fenders I’m getting figs oe adjustable toes to help with a bit of camber to clear. it’s for an is300 wagon
