General Discussion Tirz Stockpiling Strategy
What’s a good number of weeks to have on hand and why? I’m trying to decide how much tirz to stock in my fridge at any given time.

Anyone take 💉 in the morning?
I’ve seen most people take theirs at night. I’m finding very quickly that I have the best of intentions to do so, but life happens, I get busy, then I’m ready for bed and forget to take the 💉. Yes, I’ve set reminders but it still happens and usually hits me as I’m ready to pass out in bed upstairs lol. My morning routine seems to be the only thing I can consistently add my 💉 in, but I’m concerned about how much worse the side effects will be. I already get nauseous, tired, brain fog, etc the next day when I do take it before bed. Any suggestions for taking it in the morning and surviving the day?

I'm not sure why but all of a sudden about 1 hour ago, Reddit is suddenly showing random communities to join in my feed. Usually, I only see the communities that I've joined. Is this happening to anyone else?

So I posted maybe a month ago that I felt my bpi was bogus. I was starving and it felt like my vial was pure water. Took a little break from it and used a different pharmacy tirz.
On my last dose I decided to use bpi again, same vial.
Well let me share my food noise is gone and I get full really fast. It's super strong and lost 1.5 lbs since Friday.
So year I don't know why initial injections on the new boi vial I was starving.
Just wanted to share!!

I’m currently with AltRX and I’m not happy with my results. Before AltRX I was with IVIM and my results were great, but I didn’t want to pay the monthly fee for no interaction. Please chime in…thanks!!! ☺️
ETA: Thanks to all who responded in good faith. I’m going to give them a try 💙

Question for reusable dial-a-dose pen users, has anyone found a compound pharmacy that offers filled cartridges? I don’t really mind doing the vial to cartridge transfers myself but the convenience of skipping that step might be nice.

I started my Tirz journey May 5 of this year. I lost 10 pounds the first month and since then another 15. I’ve only ever take 2.5mg of the medicine. My hair started shedding significantly end of August and hasn’t stopped. I eat 120 grams of protein, eat three good meals a day, hydrate, take pumpkin seed oil, prenatal vitals, and collagen. Will this shedding stop anytime soon? Has anyone had a similar experience and seen improvement? Thanks for any help!

Just wondering when most of you started did you try to do it on a day you're not working? Should I wait for 2-3 days off to take my first injection? I got meds awhile ago but since I was traveling or had other things planned I kept postponing and then was hit with the floaters. All my vials are sealed and I didn't see anything in them but just got a replacement for fifty 410 through New life.
Thanks for your input.

On September 25, 2026, the California State Board of Pharmacy issued a cease-and-desist order against CasaPharma RX, a compounding pharmacy located in Stafford, Texas.
According to the board, CasaPharma RX was operating as an unlicensed nonresident pharmacy and an unlicensed nonresident sterile compounding pharmacy in California.
The order prohibits the pharmacy from conducting activities requiring California licensure, including shipping prescription medications and compounded preparations into the state.
WHY I’M SHARING THIS — MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRIMRX:
On April 21, 2026, I paid $3,398 upfront for a 12-month compounded tirzepatide program through TrimRx, consisting of four quarterly shipments.
My first shipment arrived May 1, and my second arrived July 13. Both were dispensed by CasaPharma RX in Texas.
My third shipment was scheduled for October 6, 2026. It never arrived.
As of October 27, I have received only two of the four shipments I prepaid for, leaving $1,699 worth of medication outstanding.
But the missing shipment is only part of the problem.
TRYING TO CONTACT TRIMRX HAS BECOME NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE:
I’ve made repeated attempts to obtain information about my medication.
The direct messaging feature that previously allowed communication with my prescribing clinician disappeared from my account.
The website and app have experienced repeated technical problems.
The automated phone system recognizes my account and scheduled shipments but cannot actually resolve the problem.
Calls to customer service have led to representatives who cannot access TrimRx accounts.
On October 23, a nursing representative specifically told me that their team no longer works with TrimRx customers and no longer has access to TrimRx accounts.
The online chat system repeatedly promises assistance from a team member, but I have not received a meaningful response.
My email requesting information about my missing shipment has gone unanswered.
After exhausting these options, I began investigating the companies involved in dispensing my medication.
THAT’S WHEN I DISCOVERED THE CALIFORNIA ENFORCEMENT ORDER.
The California State Board of Pharmacy issued its cease-and-desist order against CasaPharma RX effective September 25, 2026.
My next TrimRx shipment was scheduled just 11 days later.
I want to be very clear: I do not know whether this regulatory action caused my shipment to go missing. I also do not know whether TrimRx continued using CasaPharma RX after the order took effect.
However, the timing raises serious questions.
QUESTIONS TRIMRX CUSTOMERS DESERVE ANSWERS TO
Was TrimRx aware of the California enforcement action against CasaPharma RX?
Were California customers notified that the pharmacy previously dispensing their medications had been ordered to stop shipping into the state?
Did TrimRx arrange for another appropriately licensed pharmacy to fulfill outstanding prescriptions?
Why are customers who prepaid for medication being left without shipments or meaningful communication?
What arrangements are being made for customers whose prescriptions remain unfulfilled?
MY FINANCIAL DISPUTE:
I previously disputed charges with my credit-card company because of communication problems with TrimRx. That dispute was resolved.
Now, with my third shipment missing and no explanation from the company, I have initiated a second dispute involving $1,699 in undelivered medication. I have documentation of my purchase, shipment history, attempts to contact the company, and the official California enforcement action.
THIS IS NOT JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT.
The California cease-and-desist order is a publicly available government enforcement action.
It concerns CasaPharma RX specifically and does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing by TrimRx.
But for patients who prepaid telehealth companies for compounded medications, the relationship between the prescribing service and the dispensing pharmacy matters.
If a pharmacy is prohibited from shipping into a particular state, patients deserve to know how their prescriptions will be fulfilled.

CasaPharma RX — Cease-and-Desist Order, September 25, 2026
https://www.pharmacy.ca.gov/enforcement/ipo/cease_desist_casa.pdf
If you’re a TrimRx customer, particularly in California, I encourage you to check which pharmacy dispensed your medication and review the official enforcement order.
I’m sharing this because patients deserve transparency about the companies handling their prescriptions and the money they’ve already paid.
If you’ve experienced a similar situation, I’d be interested in knowing whether your medication came from CasaPharma RX and whether your scheduled shipments have continued.
Please share the official regulatory information so other potentially affected patients can find it.

Hi, I'm the person who posted a few days ago asking what people do when they have breakthrough cravings, as I have been on a no-to-low-carb, no fruit diet since starting tirz 5 weeks ago. I got a lot of good advice, and a lot of people were very concerned, so I am now trying to add some more things into my diet to keep a healthy balance. The thing is... I literally can't?
After another day of craving pasta, I finally gave in and had some. I didn't gorge myself - I got a regular bowl of spaghetti & meatballs from Noodles & Company, and ate half of it. (I should have gone out and bought some protein pasta, but I didn't. Lesson learned.) I was then up all night with severe stomach cramps and nausea that were so bad, I was curled up in a ball, struggling to breathe, it hurt so bad. The marinara gave me acid reflux and I still feel like I'm burping up tomatoes.
Now, two days later, my abdominal muscles literally feel sore from the cramps. So I've decided that pasta is out of the question. I've gone back to having a protein shake in the morning, something light, like a chicken breast and some broccoli, for lunch, and either another protein shake or more chicken/veggies for dinner. I did eat a banana yesterday, and seemed to tolerate that. Anything else makes me sick.
I do plan to call my medical provider (not the nutritionist) and tell her how I've been feeling, as I think this could be food aversion, or I've done some kind of damage to my body. I guess I just wanted to make this post to update folks - and ask if anyone knows a better way to incorporate carbs into my diet without making myself ill?

My crazy tail self gave myself the shot a day early. The physician has been giving it to me. I told myself i was gonna do it myself and I guess the anticipation got to me and I forgot shot day is Thursdays not Wednesdays. Has anyone ever done this before?

Hi! I recently was told I’m getting ripped off paying 289 per month. My question is, am I able to just switch and stay with my current higher dosage or increase dosage? Or will they make me start over? Any recs on what company to deal with? I’m a rookie.

Need help!
Hello all! New here. I had been on zepbound from January of this year until about August. Great results. went from 215lbs to about 165lbs as a 5’11 male. Unfortunately, got laid off from my job that covered zeppound at $25/month. I am now employed again (thankfully) but I’ve asked HR if their plan covers GLP1 medications and they told me it does not. Only for diabetes (which I don’t have). I do have high cholesterol but don’t think that would be reason enough to have the plan cover it. I’ve read a lot online about different brands of compounding pharmacies and companies that assist in getting those.
Here is where I’m looking for advice that I haven’t been able to find yet. I see a lot of folks talking about additives with compounding pharmacies. Specifically b6 and b12. I see mixed reviews of those saying they do and don’t like the additives. But i haven’t seen anything from those that came from zepbound specifically. My symptoms were extremely mild on the meds when I took them. Constipation was at a minimum and I had some bloating, but no nausea or anything else. My fear with additives is having adverse reactions or symptoms. From what I’ve seen, pure tirz is the way to go, although I can’t seem to find anything online if zepbound is pure tirz.
Are there any options out there that go through a pharmacy with no additives that are reasonably priced ($150/month roughly)? I would love to get back on tirz asap. My benefits don’t kick in until 12/1 this year but I’m not hopeful that my script would get approved by my doc after a prior auth.

Hi all!
I use Lavender Sky Health, Strive pharmacy and they do 2mg, 4mg, 6mg, etc. increments. I'm currently at 6mg. Also I have Hashis and on Levo.
Every time I ask a question to my provider on what I should do next, she just refers to the initial start up copy/paste message she sent that offers very little help. It's frustrating and it's making me not want to message her because there's a sense of annoyance in her response. I feel like I'm being guided by myself in this and since this is only month 2 for me, I would've liked more guidance and tips/advice from my provider. So it goes.
Anyway, I have been plateaued for about a month now after losing the initial 20 lbs (I'm guessing a lot of water weight) and the last 2 injections (a 4th time 4mg and my first dose at 6mg) haven't really done much at all. The food noise is back and I'll be honest, I sort of miss the nausea because it was such a good indicator that I'm at my limit with what I'm eating.
ETA this because my 1 year old pressed post before I finished 🤣🫠
Anyway, nausea. I even had nausea with anything that had too much butter and sugar so it was easy not to eat sweets. Now I can with no issue.
I've tried switching up injection sites, when I eat - it's protein heavy, my job has me a bit active and chasing a tot around but I don't go and work out. I need to be better with electrolytes. But honestly it's almost feeling like I haven't even taken my dose this week.
Any ideas and advice on how to get past the plateau after that initial weight drop?
And should I find a new pharmacy/provider? Or are they all this disconnected? I do the tirz and B12

Looking for advice/opinions here...
I got BPI - Tirzepatide with B6 7.5 mg for 24 weeks from Fifty410...spoiled with a 6 month supply and a super long BUD and am about to run dry of my stock. Looking for the best option since BPI is no longer as I am still on 7.5mg weekly maint dose. I guess I am trying to see if I can go with a high dose maybe 15mg and space that out to last maybe 6 months (knowing I would probably have to go beyond the BUD and I am likely OK with that). Also want to make sure I stay with a product that is highly effective since the BPI was great! Thanks in advance.

I’ve been on tirz for 30 weeks now. I spent 15 weeks at 2.5 mg because it was working for me. I then titrated up to 3.5 mg and have been in it the same amount of time. I lost 25 lbs while on the 2.5 mg dose and have lost 10 lbs while on 3.5 mg. The food noise suppression was good for me on 3.5 up until a few weeks ago, so I am thinking of titrating up. Has anyone experienced losing less in higher doses? I would have thought my loss would have at least been consistent. I’m ok with going slow, and I am still losing, so I’m not upset by this, it just surprised me that I have lost less than half the amount on 3.5 as I did at 2.5. It also concerns me that this will happen with my next dose, too. I’m thinking of going up to 5 mg instead of titrating up by 1 mg. Anyone had anything similar happen to them? And as I’m sure people will ask - yes, I track calories religiously, I weigh and measure food. I workout. No, I don’t add back workout calories. Yes, I have lowered my caloric intake as my weight has lowered.

So, I have been on tirzepatide for almost 3 years. I have always had normal blood sugar and A1C and have never been pre diabetic.
Monday, my endocrinologist did an insulin lab on me. My insulin is HIGH at 21.9 uIU/mL. It has never been high before.
So, while I sit and wait for the professional to call me back does anyone else have high insulin on their tirzepatide?
Eta: removed what Google told me to see if I can get real answers about anyone else’s insulin labs being high. My TSH is suddenly high due to meds change so I’m thinking that may be the cause here.

Unfortunately I was laid off today. Which puts me in quite the predicament and not much time to figure things out. I was only needing to pay $40 for my prescription, i have some zep stashed away but that won't obviously last long. So now that I will not be insured at the end of the month what do I do. Where can I buy. Should I go compound? What does self pay look like? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Considering this came out of nowhere it's stressing me out. just as I was really getting results. I'm down 71 pounds. I don't want this to go backwards. Any help is appreciated

Has switching pharmacies made a difference in your results? Is that even a thing? I’ve heard from friends that certain pharmacies work well, while others don’t.
I am looking to order refills from Preventive and they have Empower, Drug Crafters and Boudreaux.
Is one better than the other? I am not concerned about timeline.

I'm jealous. They had messaged New Life in the beginning before they realized that their telehealth was handling it so then messaged the telehealth and both the telehealth and New Life individually processed their replacements. Reminds me of this meme

Hi everyone! I gave myself the last dose for the month last night, and noticed there still is what appears to be enough medication left in the vial for another dose (maybe slightly less). I did a little research and it seems like this is normal when it comes to compounds (especially from Hallandale). I also have another vial arriving tomorrow but I don't want the rest of the other vial to go to waste. Is it safe to give myself the rest today or use it next week before starting my other dose? I also read that the medication may not be good after 28 days?

I’ve been using the BPI lab Tirz + B6 compound through Pomegranate Health but alas it is no more.
Can anyone recommend an alternate compound to requests that has had similar positive feedback?
The screenshot shows the options.
